And even if he is just a nasty little shit, there are surely ways of trying to make sure he doesn't continue scratching cars, or carying on to worse things, which don't have the reverse effect (ie piss him off so much that he does go on to worse things). If you see what I mean.

I'm considering moving from the North Cross Road area to Nunhead. Has anybody done it? If so, are you happy you did, or wish you hadn't? What would you say are the pros and cons? Ta :)

Don't get me wrong, Dulwich Estates may be charging a lot, but surely so would any landlord for property in a prime position in a prosperous area? ETA: And like any bookshop, I would guess that Village Books are losing customers to the internet, and therefore - like the deli- have less money available to pay the rent. That's an unfortunate fact of life.

If you are referring to the Singaround which I co-run, then far from being a clique, it's a community Singaround to which anybody is welcome to come, and it has been going from strength to strength. As well as lots of local people, we have singers coming from as far afield as West Sussex and Cambridge.
