  1. Well, Fulham seem to be on a roll this week.
  2. I believe Tomsk was involved in something unmentionable in the Isle of Mull.
  3. Michael darling, I think you are confusing your nuncles. It was Great Uncle Bulgaria who died a horrible death in Bradford. Pressburg is well known for encouraging all things avuncular.
  4. Shame on you, Moos! Who could be bored with Uncle Quentin? Should you even be here - aren't you supposed to be taking the waters in Baden Baden?
  5. ITV Match Report: A dubious penalty on the stroke of half-time lifted the Merseysiders and they went on to dominate for much of the second period. I listened to London Live's match commentary and although Millwall were not on sparkling form, the consensus was that the Ref gave everything Tranmere's way. Off to look for some rotting grapes.
  6. fucking referees!
  7. Bet Ireland are glad they have Extras batting for them.
  8. I love your passion for science, Huguenot, but please don't neglect the arts. 'Parasite' is not a verb.
  9. I've not noticed them at all. I deliberately checked last night and they weren't on (at least not between midnight and five).
  10. If you haven't had enough of politics yet, there is actually a pretty good spread in "The Southwark Weekender" the free newspaper, about all those standing in the whole of Southwark - MPs and Councillors.
  11. Saw a Great Spotted Woodpecker in Belair Park today - amazing red front.
  12. Och, you silly, wee sassenach.
  13. Well I guess it takes all kinds of everything.
  14. What's honest about stealing someone's house?
  15. So that's a bottle of Krug and a Whisky Mac chaser then, Mick Mac?
  16. Goodbye Dolly I must leave you - Harry MacDonough
  17. A* for that grammar and spelling would be an aberration.
  18. Anyone noticed the tree in the corner of P.Rye that has pink and white blossom? Would this be from a graft do you think? I chewed on wild garlic today that is growing down by the River Peck in the boggy section. Quite strong but yummy. A good place to observe birds is the bridge over the stream just opposite Waverley School. A couple of wood pigeons were having a paddle without a care in the world today, and a mistle thrush was busily collecting soggy grass bits, presumably to bolster his nest.
  19. From an email received today: The Youth Assessor Programme has been designed to skill you in all aspects of effective communication ..."
  20. Happy birthday, darling. xx
  21. Is there any doubt? http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3598/3368337490_8b6980949f.jpg
  22. Oh Jeremy - tears before breakfast.
  23. Too late, Piers, Oliver Cromwell outlawed ditting in corners in 1656.
  24. Gosh, are the flying champagne corks keeping everyone away from here?
