  1. It's really pummelled. Looks like a Transit has hit it, by the numerous smashed body panels that are left behind.

  3. Month-long refit
  4. Yep, confirm it's gone. Name removed and empty. Real shame, as Tim and his team ran a nice little hang-out there.
  5. Clearing or renovating?
  6. Really urgent legal docs finally arrived, postmarked Dec 10th, plus a replacement credit card ordered Dec 3rd. Shocking.
  7. Great idea, rch
  8. I researched this a few years ago after being caught in one; you're allowed in for 20m or so, for turning tight left, for example. https://blog.greenflag.com/2015/the-boom-in-bus-lane-fines-how-to-appeal-a-ticket-or-pcn/

The recycling truck has always taken our oversize cardboard waste, if left next to the blue bin
  10. They take the disco 4 lights to upgrade disco 3s. If it's an early disco sport, probably the same.
  11. If it's a discovery, it's common. Removed with a screwdriver slotted between light and tailgate

Odeon is doing this soon, ?5 tickets to see 80s classics like Dirty Dancing and Back to the Future on the big screen
  13. There's a decent Mini with a council destruction notice on it on Cranthrew Road
  14. There seems to be quite a few cars on CPR and surrounding streets that never move, with dirt gathering around their wheels
  15. It's just marketing. Expensive, targeted marketing in a new affluent area.
  16. If its keyless entry, they bounce the signal from inside the house, open it and then just drive away.
  17. What coach beth said. And well done James, I know you had a massive hand in bringing in a much-needed school. Signed off by Nick Clegg in the end, IIRC?
  18. Saw woman trying to smuggle out big jars of coffee and baby powder out of the Co-op the other day; when confronted she called the security guys c&$ts, dropped them, and strolled off.
  19. Correct, this was imposed by the govt. Attack them
  20. This site could be knocked up in an hour, on a ready-made template. GCSE web design.
  21. I heard it's going to reopen as a lobster and oyster bar, knocked through from the fish shop. Hope so, although I loved the restaurant.

  23. Lime bikes are too heavy and clunky for a good comparison with a real electric bike. It's a shame Decathlon isn't open for customers, as you could ride one of their fine bikes around the shop!
