  1. Me, Louisa & Loz in the same clique?! I feel honoured ;-)
  2. If Villa hadn't scored at all, I'd have got the score right!
  3. I suggested an hour and a half because the OP said they were a beginner. That means that they may not be a confident enough cyclist to race along in & out of traffic. And they may not know the route too well. I find it best to allow way more time than needed & have a relaxing journey rather than allow too little & stress about being late.
  4. I liked the film. Not seen the play.
  5. A programme needs to be really good to hold my attention these days & unfortunately wasn't doing it for me. So half way through just had to switch off.
  6. Thankyou for your insight MrBen. Peace & a merry christmas to you too x
  7. Wanted to see this but addicted to my Sunday night torture fix of 'Homeland'. Will now watch it on-line & let u know...........
  8. Tonights episode of 'Homeland'
  9. 1) Fleur 2) Stereo Kicks 3) Lauren The rest should be on next bus home.
  10. 45 mins is not realistic at all if you're a beginner. You have to plan the route and get used to it which takes time. Allow at least an hour and a half to begin with then the time will reduce once you gain confidence.
  11. Really p****d off that I've predicted Spurs to win every week & they've been so crap I gave up on them this week & they WON. Story of my life. At least I predicted a Palace win. Sorry Otta!
  12. It's still raining. I also have work to do but am reading this instead too.
  13. So who would you vote for if you are: Broke, earning minimum wage, living in council accommodation, have no savings, no pension & no prospects? Labour? UKIP? Suicide?!
  14. That new eating places are springing up daily and I can't afford to eat in any of them :(
  15. > > Jah Lush Wrote: > > > -------------------------------------------------- > > > ----- > > > Recovering from yesterday's pub crawl. > > 363. It's a good-un. I did that one years ago but only between Palace & Peckham. (That was enough!)
  16. Quorn meat-free bacon rashers from Sainsbury's :)

And she has lots of interesting things to say.

I've no idea what Iceland or any of the supermarkets do but I do know that sometimes lobsters & crabs are cooked before they are frozen. So you can't help wondering if they've been boiled alive.

  20. FIX !!!!!!!!!! Yet again :(
  21. This thread could provide amazing ideas. My cheese on toast has always been just CHEESE ON TOAST!
  22. Thank-you numbers x Reassuring to know that great minds think alike ;-)
  23. And are you all so well-off that prices don't matter? It's all about shopping around & finding the best deals. One might have exactly the same item at a cheaper price. The other may charge less for servicing. Too early to make comparisons but it's good to have a choice.
