  1. It is, I suppose, a warning to all us pet owners to keep the details up to date for our animal's microchip. Other stories might not always end as well as this one nor lost animals find someone so determined to get them back to their owners.
  2. Very well done. That little dog was so lucky you found her. A great ending to the story.
  3. If you need Walsh Glazing they are now in Half Moon Lane. Edwards Electrical which was I seem to remember next door to Walsh moved to Penge, near to Homebase, so they are only a short trip on the bus.
  4. If you want to annoy senders of the junk mail you receive try stuffing the contents of one mail shot into the prepaid envelope of another and vice versa and send them off willy nilly to the various advertisers. They will then have to pay postage without getting a sales lead.
  5. I think the work of the street sweepers needs careful monitoring.
  6. I have always enjoyed singing along to Sly and the Family Stone's "it's a family of bears".
  7. Farmers in Lordship Lane sell lots of anti moth products.
  8. Oh well done. Glad he is home and thanks for telling us.
  9. I wish the council would say no to everyone who wants to turn their front garden into a car parking space.
  10. I would like to second what Sue said.
  11. I did vote Labour mind you.
  12. Well I think we are lucky we will still have James Barber here to help everyone and fight for the area even though I voted Labour.

I also like the Co-op. I think the food on the whole is very good. There is a pretty good range of staple items, their bakery bread is delicious and many of the ready meals are very tasty. I can walk there instead of driving to Sainsbury's.
  14. Junk mail? Put the mail from one sender into the reply paid envelope of another, then put that sender's mail into another replied paid envelope and so on. Then post all the unwanted letters to cause maximum annoyance.
  15. No, that isn't the case, Dulwich Fox. After this opening weekend I am sure the cinema is available to anyone who wants to buy a ticket, member or not. I think it will be open properly later this week.
  16. They are indeed comfy with lots of leg room. The picture and sound quality seemed great. The building looks lovely too.
  17. What about putting one in the park next to Dulwich Library
  18. Held on the premium phone line for ages with no success, just number 50 I think In the queue. Will have cost a fortune not to have attended the opening weekend.
  19. Perhaps I should have made it clear that I do not condone drivers "breaking the rules" either. As someone who uses buses far more than the car I don't have any sympathy with people illegally parking in the bus lane.
  20. If they have their engines running I think you can report them, especially since pollution levels - as you will be aware - are very high at the moment.
  21. Hopefully not Salsaboy.
  22. Thank you administrator. You are a hero.
  23. Yes he lives just down the road from there I believe.
  24. Yes come on everyone. Today is perhaps our last chance to influence Southwark's thinking on this junction.
