i had food poisoning once. properly. i lost about a stone in a half in about 10 days. when i went back to work people said i looked like a balloon version of me with the air let out. cook yer chickens!

yeah i've also noticed form footage of peeps receiving their jab that sometimes it is being administered quite low down on the upper arm because of tight fitting sleeves too. the deltoid muscle should be completely exposed in order for an optimal jab to be given. -
