Interesting but what kind of format do you envisage? Perhaps a general pool of links to resources on the web? I would be concerned that there would be a lot of people offering a their (paid for) services.
A street directory entry for 1941 shows 116 Evelina Road as a refreshment room, the proprietor is Geo. Cornish. BTW, during lockdown, Southwark library card holders can access Ancestry free of charge from home.
116 has been converted into 2 flats and the front area at street level which is presumably a part of their Curtilage is fenced off. This corresponds to the rectangle shown on Southwark maps See google street view - I tried to post screen shot but file too large

There?s a huge need for GP services also. Remember there used to be a GP practice at Dulwich Hospital which closed because of the principal?s retirement a few years ago which makes it appropriate for a GP practice to be included in the new health centre.
As far as I can work out, they do through the Health and Wellness Boards which the CCGs work closely with. They act more as a forum for sharing information and ideas and do not have decision making powers.
