I think you may be refering to Hisar... Which has a Cafe style sit down and a main Restaurant next door. There is a Sit down area at K&W upstairs at the back.. but only really used for late night drinking. DulwichFox ETA K&W does Falafel Wrap on their menu.. and I have seen it on the on the front counter.

But I did enjoy my food. The meal was small. I did not have Popadoms.. or a Starter.. and did not finish the whole meal. But I enjoyed very much what I had.. I'd spent all day working / painting so had not cooked or eaten and was hungry.. It was nice to have something put in front of me.. It was a rare treat.. DulwichFox -

Steak Tatare should only me made from VERY fresh ground beef that has been prepared under stringent helth and saftey conditions. The meat should come one animal.. Using minced beef in any burger that is not cooked through or has been left standing for some time is dangerous. I was told in one place on L.L. Which I will not name. That once a burger has been 'Well Done' If it comes back they cannot use it and it gets thrown away. Whereas an under cooked burger can always be put back on the grill. DulwichFox -

Went last night to Xoco Bar & Grill Amazing place.. Nice Decor.. I ordered the Mirichi King Prawn a Malasian dish.. Pilau rice and a plain naan .. Small Cobra. Was presented with complimentary Olives, Hummus, Taramasalata with a full naan.. so cancelled my naan. Food was amazing . one of the very best curries I have had ever. My King Prawn came with a generous 4 Butterfly K. Prawns with red/green peppers and fresh Green Chillies onions in a delicious sauce. Service was good and my main meal came in a realistic 15 mins (food very fresh) Staff were very pleasnt.. and attentive without being too intrusive.. I complimented the chef on the food and he came out to thank me.. Small Cobra a very reasonable ?3.10 Total bill was ?19.35 Would recommend people try this place.. I will be back to sampleother dishes.. DulwichFox -

When you retire (I will clarify that with myself as a certain person will correct me as not applying to everyone) you wonder how you ever had the time to go to work. You (I) will/am be so busy.. Will now be accused of being Narcissitic for using the word I.. and talking about my situation.. DulwichFox

I had a problem with my arm.. It was locked an very painful. several doctors at DMC just gave me Diclofenac.. Then one doctor there Googled the symptoms and found the problem.. It was actualy a Frozen Shoulder. Afrozen shoulder is extreemly painful and goes through 3 stages over a 18 month period. Eventually I was given a Hydrocortison injection which after about 4 days freed up my arm.. I was told it would last 6 months but 10 years on the problem has not returned.. Most if not all GP.s use the internet. DulwichFox -
Hi Sue Not a stupid question. A real probablity.. Mushroom poisoning occurs as a result of ingesting toxic mushrooms, which is a common hazard for dogs because of the amount of time they spend outdoors or in wooded areas, particularly in the summer and fall. http://www.petmd.com/dog/conditions/digestive/c_dg_mushroom_poisoning Foxy

It should be listed somewhere. > Maybe contact one of the London guilds? Ive looked extensively for the E W mark. I even found a reference to a 'Square stamp of 4 dots' but nothing tied up. Hall marks are made of a single stamp or die. The letters on KK's piece are NOT stamped.. they are raised. Not a Hall Mark .. So the handle looks to be moulded. ??? Foxy -

lobby to allow motorbikes in bus lane on Dog Kennel Hill
DulwichFox replied to macutd's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Look into the problem of cars crossing over to the inside lane at the last min/sec when turning left for Sainsbury's in order to comply with new traffic inforcement cameras. The cameras will create a dangerous situation there.. There is already a dangerous situation there for those who stay in lane then suddenly switch when bus lane markings end. 100's if not 1,000's use that stretch and turn into Sainsbury's The Bus lane markings need to end further back. lobby to allow motorbikes in bus lane on Dog Kennel Hill
DulwichFox replied to macutd's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I'm all for Motorcycles using bus lanes.. Having been a Motorcyclist many moons ago. What concerns me is the new Bus Lane cameras which will mean cars crossing over at the last minute / seconds when turning left to go to Sainsbury's. This will make it more dangerous for motor cyclists and cyclist alike. The cameras are likely to generate many fines and much revenue and we cannot expect Southwark Council to put the safety of all types of cyclists before such profits. Lets hope some compromise can be made here.. DulwichFox -
