  6. This Problem Can be caused by a faulty Micro-filter. If you have a spare, try changing it. Otherwise, unplug your phone and the filter from the main socket. Repeatedly plug in and unplug as this may clean any dirty contacts. Also try powering down your Router for a few minutes 4-5 and power back up. DulwichFox.

  18. I now have my script and will start my Vit B12 injections on Friday. 3 injections per week for 2 weeks then 1 injection every 3 Months. I was given 10 Ampules of Hydroxocobalamin. Just hope it works and my sight returns to normal. Need to maintain a healthy diet with Animal Protein. Doctor seems to think 2 pints of beer a day is Excessive and I need to cut down or stop drinking. Not too sure about that. Foxy Foxy.

Vit B12 is not easily absorbed from Supplements or indeed food. Only a Very small percentage of Vit B12 eaten is actually absorbed. Red meat is the Best food rich in Vit B12. but once deficient only Injections will build up the Vit B12 in the body. to a safe level. Foxy
  20. I have been trying to give up meat and animal products. I am Not a big meat eater. I've been eating lots of veggie curries. Recently I have been suffering from Vision problems. I.E. Double Vision on Distant Upright objects. The TV aerials on the roofs of the houses opposite my house. and watching football. All the players have 4 legs. the goal post uprights are doubled.. Even watching TV. any upright object is doubled. After Extensive tests at Kings.. it has revealed that I have damage to both my Optic Nerves. Blood tests have revealed that I have a Serious deficiency in Vitamin B12. I am now due to start a series of Vit B12 injections. 4 injections a week for next 2 - 3 months. Problem is Dulwich Medical Cen only have 1 person once a week that can give the injections.. Supplements are of no use as Vit B12 is Not easily absorbed into the body. Even Doses of 1,000 microgrms do not help. Only injections are effective and 'Can' hopefully reverse the eye damage if it has not progressed too far. The Cause of the problem is poor diet and lack of Vit B12 which is only found in Animal products. Meat, Fish, Eggs, Cheese, Dairy. There is no Vit B12 in Vegetable plant based diets. I am at the moment unable to Drive. I cannot see/read road signs. I cannot see Bus numbers or read Train indicator boards. Foxy
  21. se22cat Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Sourcing the materials for the batteries also does > considerable environmental harm, not to mention > using an obscene amount of groundwater. That is very true.. The materials used in batteries are harmful to the environment. The mining and processing of metals such as lithium, copper, and nickel requires much energy and it can release toxic compounds. Electric cars need to be charged (By Electricity) which needs to be generated. More Power Stations. You cannot get more energy out than you put in. Much of the Pollution from cars come from Tyres and dust form Brake Cylinders.. A 20 MPH speed limit means constant breaking and cars being closer together. With slower moving traffic the pollution is more concentrated and not distributed. Electric cars do Nothing to ease congestion. Cheap public transport is the real answer. But the government is NOT really looking for a Real answer. DulwichFox ETA.. in 5+years time we will be faced with the problem of disposing of Millions of toxic batteries.
  22. Skin cancer rates continue to soar in the UK. Melanoma kills 7 people per day. The treatment of skin cancers can be very expensive and costly to our already overstretched NHS. Experts in Australia say that rates of melanoma have reduced since they banned the use of commercial sunbeds. It is estimated by 2025, treatment of skin cancers will cost the NHS ?465m a year. A ban would indirectly support our NHS. Melanoma can be a deadly disease. Since we launched the first petition for a ban in 2018, 3430 people died of melanoma. Some of them were sunbed users. Please sign the petition to ban Sun Beds http://chng.it/wQkfKdLq8Z DulwichFox
