  1. Hi Nigello.. Right ? Glad you were able to sort it out. Foxy
  2. What Version of IOS is your iPad running ? If IOS 13 you may have Dark Mode enabled. If you want to disable it, you can go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Experimental Features and disable the ?Dark Mode CSS Support? feature. The same goes for apps that have been updated for iOS 13 and iPadOS 13. When you flip the switch, apps will automatically switch to the dark mode. 16 Aug 2019 DulwichFox

Back in the 70's Myself and a friend were invited to go to Blenheim Palace to meet Lord Bath. Cannot remember by who but it was a close family member. We declined as we did not want to meet some Posh Rich person. We had no idea about the Man at that time. Really regretted it later.. DulwichFox

NO. Software can control the call by you simply 'Speaking' Acknowledging the call,, Scary ?? Foxy. ETA Also.. by speaking ,, you voice can be recorded and used to gain access to any online banking that requires you to speak to gain access. Just put the phone down. These scammers are a LOT cleverer than you.
  7. If you park your car anywhere it shouldn't be there are 100 cameras watching you will be caught and you will be Fined. In some areas.. Shopping precincts and you drop a cigarette butt, there are cameras and Wardens. You will be caught and you will be fined, If You drop litter in a Car Park, there are cameras and wardens. You will be caught and you will be fined. If you allow your dog to foul the pavement. There are NO Cameras... There are no Wardens. You will NOT be caught and you will not be Fined. Why. Because no one gives a S***e. DulwichFox
  8. Hi Hamletter Just be careful. There are some clever new Scams, many from the African Continent in which the person receiving the call is paying the Bill. You could be paying many pounds a Minute for your Time Wasting 'Fun' DulwichFox.

I could of died but I did not, I developed a resistance 10 years before a Vaccine was developed. That's how Viruses work. Foxy
  11. Back in the 50's when I was 4 years old I had Measles and Whooping Cough together. I was Very ill with a Temperature of 105 F Measles killed millions of people globally and 1000's in the UK in the 1950's I got through it and as a result I am now immune from Measles. You cannot get Measles twice. I had Chicken pox. you cannot get Chicken Pox twice, although it can re-occur in the form of Shingles in later life. Both Measles and Chicken Pox are Viruses. There was not Vaccine for Measles until 1963. There was no Vaccine for Chicken Pox until the 1970's I believe that exposure to the Coronavirus may well be the answer to Immunity. (But we don't know) or do we ?? Perhaps we all need some exposure. It may kill us or Cure us. The way things are now, we are not living our lives. We 'Live' in isolation. Our future King, Charles and our Current Prime Minister Boris Johnson both were diagnosed as being positive with the Coronavirus but one week later are no longer self isolating. Miracle or cure ?? I said it before. It's amounting to looting. I got shouted down. But that's is what it is becoming. It is beyond shoplifting where it's done clandestinely. It is blatant stealing, taking in front of staff who are powerless to do do anything. DulwichFox

About 10,000 each week, 1,428 each day. Are you saying we should name them all. Eddie Large was a well known TV Star for many years and his passing would of been of interest to many. DulwichFox
  15. Plenty of Loo Roll this morning.. Sainsburys Long queue 10.45. Right around car park .. out of the gate and almost down to Dog Kennel Hill 50 mins wait to get in. Was well stocked at that time. DulwichFox

  17. Shoplifting was discussed at length at the last Safer Neighbourhood Meeting (12th March) Several Local business owners spoke of their own personal experiences of being targeted. East Dulwich, Coop, Marks and Superdrug were amongst those being targeted but there were no representatives from those companies to comment. Many people there were from indies who were targeted by repeat offenders despite CCTV being installed. Certainly there is an increase in Fake Banknotes. DulwichFox

Supplies changing over from one Power station to another. I don't know how it all works these days. Perhaps if a sub station fails, another will kick in. Foxy
  19. Ulverscroft Rd too. Think it was just a power switch over. DulwichFox
