  1. Yes , http://www.bubblekickz.com looks great fun !
  2. They are rife in Dulwich , I saw one in daylight on the pavement on my road , don't get me started on the mice . No wonder practically everyone in Dulwich has a cat!
  3. Sorry meant SJ.... Him above ! Yes , I lived near her too but haven't seen her around in a long time . She just disappeared and thought maybe her name was changed ....
  4. Whatever happened to her SF? Has she changed her name on here ?
  5. Does anyone know if there are any activities available for toddlers ( under two ) over the summer holidays ? I can only find lots of things for children 4+ years and all the usual paying classes for toddlers seems to be unavailable during the holidays . Thanks in advance.
  6. The fact he gave the phone back before running off again seems to me he knew he did wrong and had a conscience .... He could have carried on running with it as he did escape despite delaying time by returning the phone so sounds like he would have been long gone with her phone despite everyone's actions . My personal opinion is that its a phone and doesn't worth putting lives at risk though I totally condemn his actions .
  7. LadyD, what you just said above is utterly bonkers . What a vivid imagination you have .
  8. Otta , I think Cle is entitled to say that given that LadyD has no problems calling us , ignorant and selfish about not wanting people on our properties to root through our 'shit'. Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > This from someone who told another poster to "get > over yourself". > > So your issue is basically having a couple of > Eastern European women in your front garden just > makes the place look untidy. Right then.
  9. Cle, no point arguing with them as they don't mind people trespassing whereas the majority of us do . Different folks , different strokes .
  10. Furthermore they could knock on the doors of these properties and ask permission first.
  11. I also do not have shoes and other'such shit' in my bins because I take them to charity or give them away thus I don't want anyone rooting through my bins on my property . That is the part you are failing to understand , it's strangers , opening my gates, trespassing onto my property , rooting through my bins , in front of my windows where my child lives , they could be anyone. You don't know these ladies so let's not presume they are lovely , they just might not be . Do you think the police would encourage that behaviour ?
  12. Nothing to do with poverty , I don't want strangers I don't know trespassing on my property . End of.
  13. I would be furious if anyone opened my gate and step onto my front garden to root through my bins . It's the kind of behaviour the neighbourhood watch committee and Police would not encourage regardless of if it is innocent or not , the fact remains it's not polite and it's not their property . They are welcomed to my rubbish once it's at the landfill but not via the grounds of my property . I don't think my child would feel safe watching strangers from the windows in our lounge loitering outside , I know that would certainly catch me by surprise. Furthermore any items of value I do wish to give away , I leave it on my wall by the pavement with a note to help themselves so that there is no need to enter my front garden .
  14. I agree with G&T as that was my thoughts too . Hopefully Charter will be successful .
  15. It's not a personal dislike , it's the fact Harris is taking over Southwark . We don't need more Harris Schools in Dulwich.
  16. Petition ? Get as many names as possible against Harris using that site ?
  17. Utterly depressing if it is true and Thank you for alerting us to the letter .
  18. I sincerely hope we do not have ANOTHER Harris school anywhere in Dulwich! We have a primary and two Secondaries , that will suffice . If it is true then I am definitely going to campaign against Harris using the hospital site .
  19. I saw girls looking for shoes and clothes also a few months ago but it's not acceptable to trespass on someone else's property and go through their bins .
  20. Have you asked Neighbours on your road with children ? That is what I did .
  21. I noticed that the stall had a lot of organic produces which is great for me but last time I went to their actual shop they said they didn't do much organic vegetables/fruits, has this changed now?
  22. PokerTime, ditto to everything you said . You should run for MP since you live in the real world.
  23. Well done James and Rosie, its a shame about Jonathan as I know all three of you work together and he must be feeling very disappointed not to be recognised for his contribution towards the changes in Dulwich.
