  1. Hi Jep, I know who she is. I?ve sent you a PM but I?ve not had a reply. She is happy to collect her post from you if you could let me know when and where. Thank you.
  2. Just sent you a PM.
  3. So funny!Bob has been at the Christmas sherry, Hic!
  4. I got my tree from EDT for ?25. We are very happy with it. But it?s round the corner from me so it suited my needs. shell Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > At the risk of being very unpopular I'm afraid I > did buy my tree from tree amigos. 5. My mum lost one of her hoops yesterday, it could be around Peckham Park, North Cross Road, Goose Green and Muschamp. If you see it please let me know. Thanks on behalf of my mum.
  6. Apparently anyone could go in any shops on NXR and vote but I didn?t even know about it until I stumbled on it by chance online. 7. That design was voted for.....https://www.instagram.com/p/B3hZX7sHPw3/?igshid=1utzs35pc5ts8 Not my kind of thing either but at least it?s bright. The only positive I can find.
  8. That is good as a few have told me stories of being left to lug things upstairs whilst they watched them struggling as most like to carry as many bags as possible to help speed up time, not good for their backs! 9. It?s not their job though to lug things upstairs to the kitchen, their job is to deliver it to your door. It?s back breaking stuff lugging everyone shopping to the van, off the van, to the house, and then usually offloading the bags to you and they have to do it at every house. I shop online because I don?t want to go to the shops, push a trolley around, pack, put it in a car, unpack and then sort it out indoors, so I?m quite happy to take over from my front door and they seems quite appreciative of the fact that I?m making things easier for them too.
  10. I don?t make the poor drivers lug my shopping through to my kitchen and as a result all of them have thanked me. A few have commented that customers have just stood by and watch them lug all the bags to their kitchen without helping. I?m thankful enough that I didn?t have to walk around the shops and lug it all home. They just leave my bags in the hallway by my front door. I?m with Ocado so I hand them back all of my bags (they will take any carrier bags and refund you back). I am not keen to have food loose in the crates but in all honesty, the trollies and baskets we use whilst shopping is probably just as grimy!
  11. It?s on here https://www.instagram.com/p/B4TI4lSlGlX/?igshid=rmzuruma4vgo
  12. Ooooh, I saw Lesley Sharp walking down Lordship Lane. My friend saw Cornell S John in M&S. It?s harmless fun, it?s not like they are being stalked and they are left alone for the most part.
  13. Good on you! They should be named and shamed!
  14. I don?t mind Waitrose as I prefer it to Marks/Co-Op plus my grocery shop is Ocado/Waitrose so it suits my needs. I just think opposite Marks and the fact that the shop is quite small is a weird location for them to choose. Well, I wished for a sushi place and Waitrose many years ago, I guess wishes do come true!
  15. Really?! Opposite Marks?! monica Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Waitrose is opening up on Lordship lane, next door > to Superdrug. Its the old William hill store.
  16. Most people have to use their cards to draw out cash, saves them doing that. DulwichFox, there is debit cards too, not just credit cards and if your pockets aren?t deep enough to carry a small piece of plastic, then you can?t carry cash or your door keys or your phone in your pockets either.
  17. I prefer cashless as I rarely have cash. Most people are paid via the bank so I don?t see the issue with using a card?
  18. I?ll still be calling it the Dulwich Health Centre to family and friends.
  19. I love the fireworks on NYE and the 5th November. It?s expected and we are mostly prepared for the onslaught of bangs/whizzes. 10pm is pretty late for very loud fireworks that I couldn?t even see, I?m near North Cross Road and it woke my child up because of how late, loud and unexpected it was.
  20. Exactly this! It was the stupid o?clock that irked me. goldilocks Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Regardless of whether you loved it- 10pm is a > really antisocial time for fireworks to go off in > a residential area. 21. It?s a really stupid time to be super noisy.
  22. I thought Guy Fawkes came early. It?s pretty late as well.
  23. Maybe he likes walking, keeps him fit. Maybe he doesn?t want people to know where he lives. Maybe he stops off somewhere on the way home. Anyway isn?t Nunhead Village posh and still SE15 and under Peckham Boundaries? Beside most people know of Peckham but not Nunhead so it?s easier just to say Peckham for those that don?t know.
