  1. How utterly awful! I?m glad it?s not life threatening but traumatic all the same.
  2. Hello Pickle, I hope you are all loving your new life. My mum missed you and your lovely children. I?ve stolen your threader Sema, she missed you too. 3. I hope he is found safe. How worrying.
  4. Anyone have Fray Bentos pie?
  5. Sandwich spread was popular in my house. Walls Viennetta, Pink Wafers. Smiths Crispy Tubes crisps. Pot noodles was rather exciting too when we first came across it.
  6. I loved toast toppers, I find them utterly disgusting now as they taste nothing like back in the day. Angel Delight was always a winner with me. Corned beef, especially in sandwiches was one of my favourites. Artic roll. Crispy pancakes. Going wimpy and having a knickerbocker glory was like Christmas and my birthday rolled into one!
  7. That is quite upsetting that he was videoing your child. Hopefully he won?t be hanging around doing that again. As a side note, I take my son to the cafe by the park to use the toilets (I buy a coffee) as I don?t think it?s appropriate with the lack of privacy and the rest to use the park as a toilet.
  8. Shea butter by the way is brilliant for moisturising our skin.
  9. Attitude detergent from Ocado, I?ve got psoriasis, my child has allergies and it?s been fabulous for us.https://www.ocado.com/webshop/getSearchProducts.do?clearTabs=yes&isFreshSearch=true&chosenSuggestionPosition=1&entry=attitude+laundry
  10. I?ve been on for 11 years. Met some brilliant people and sold lots of things throughout the years.
  11. Definitely big shoes to fill and I hope you will at least answer emails, get things moving and support the community because my past experience has shown Labour to come up short on the above whenever I?ve contacted them whereas James has always been on the ball and got results for me.

  13. I was disappointed that you didn?t make it through as you have been so helpful and so proactive. I can?t see your successor working as hard as you do/have on here but I hope I?m proven wrong. Thank you so much for all of your help/work over the years.
  14. I don?t mind charity shops as long as it?s charitable prices but the prices around here are ridiculous! Since when is a ?20 jacket with a faulty zip cheap?
  15. I?ve given up on Virgin, it?s been years of issues and it?s too much faff chasing them to give me ?1.15 back each time my internet goes, plus they charge the most monthly. I?m going over to Talk Talk end of the month. My brother never had issues with BT and my mum is happy with Sky.
  16. I ordered the cheezy burger, fries for mini me and churros. The burger isn?t a hearty size like at GBK (you might want to order an extra patty) but it was the best vegan burger I have tried which makes a huge change to the bean patty I normally get at GBK. My little one who is picky about his fries enjoyed the fries and the churros were tasty too. A nice addition to the area for those meat free treats.
  17. We used Meet and Greet and had no issues at all. It?s nice knowing that the car is parked at the airport and not in a field elsewhere. It meant we didn?t have to take a shuttle bus either since the car park was onsite.
  18. Thanks for that. There were a few jobs advertised in Dulwich with them so I assumed it was a new cafe/restaurant for the general public. 19. I have just seen this https://www.indeed.co.uk/m/viewjob?jk=558c8aa83c540be4&from=ja&alid=5735464be4b087771e6cfb99&utm_source=jobseeker_emails&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=job_alerts&rgtk=1cc3kk0cl3d969qd But where is it? Is it a new restaurant that has yet to open? Reviews doesn?t appear to be very positive.
  20. No,it wasn?t. It has been named a few things throughout the years but it?s always been pretty similar. If it becomes a restaurant or cafe then it?ll bear no resemblance to what it used to be from my youth but I?m sure in ten years time there will be lots more changes as always. 21. I?ve got lots of lovely memories of this shop from my childhood, especially the slush puppie that my mum used to buy me. I still popped in there for Hermes and to pick up a few bits and bobs, but nothing stays the same forever in Dulwich though I hope Sunny?s shop, Red Apple will run forever as that was my local shop when I was a youth for cherry coke, spring onion crisps and penny sweets.
  22. The cheeses in supermarkets are processed and horrible but Ocado sell an almond nut cheese and I get my nut cheeses from here https://www.tynechease.com it?s natural with minimal ingredients.
  23. I always peek through my door peephole and if it?s cold callers etc, I never answer the door, especially because I have signs on my door stating no cold callers/salesmen but that doesn?t prevent them from trying it.
  24. No internet all day.
  25. I lived in Sussex for a year when my child was very young, we lived by the coast. Loved it for the first 6 months, because it was so green and pretty but after more time went by I missed the vibrancy of London. It?s just so easy to get around here, so many things to do for next to nothing, there is something for everyone, plus having good hospitals nearby is handy as it was a slog to get to one in Sussex and they weren?t very good. I go to Sussex a lot to visit family, love getting my fill of fresh air and the natural beauty but I?m appreciative after living there of how much London truly has to offer and I couldn?t live in Sussex again. Saying that I went to Italy last month and I thought London was so much better, maybe I?m biased, you can take the girl out of London.......
