Yep, there are no redeliveries as Peckham does not have the manpower or time to redeliver but they haven?t informed us. No point complaining via the RM complaints section as all I have had is noreply emails fobbing me off by saying they are ?Investigating?. I had three emails repeating the same short nonsense and if I had not gone to the office to collect my parcels they would have all been shipped back. I complained to Helen Hayes and I would suggest you do the same.

I hope it?s about the fact that the redeliveries has been suspended without our knowledge!

I love it on Christmas Day and Boxing Day as I walk down Lordship Lane to my mum?s house and it?s so quiet with hardly any traffic on the road, it?s eerie because it?s rare that Lordship Lane is quiet but I love it as it?s how it used to be when I was younger.

That is great that you skipped the queue this morning but it probably would be busy after the school run. It?s not good that the redeliveries still aren?t happening and that they haven?t told us that redeliveries have been suspended.

I have just had the same reply five minutes ago too.

I have started requesting Hermes delivery when I order things now. It?s a good thing I endured the queues at Highshore to collect my parcels because Royal Mail still haven?t updated me on my complaints. Helen Hayes hasn?t got back to me either.

That sounds great, I?ve seen nothing about it. Hopefully someone will post more information so that I can go and stock up on my greens.

Got to the sorting office for 8.30am, queues as expected. So lots of waiting again. Spoke to the lady regarding the redelivery. She said that they do not have the staff to do the redeliveries and that Royal Mail should be informing us that they currently cannot do redeliveries in Dulwich. She said there is a backlog of work from Silvester Road, she stated that it should not have been approved especially so near to Christmas. She was not happy with the whole set up. She said because I requested redeliveries the items usually will be sent back to the sender but she found them so I thankfully have all of my parcels. There is no point requesting redeliveries, you will have a wasted day.

It was the number on the Missed parcel card. Rang for ages on my mobile and no one answered. I?ve sent another email to Helen Hayes regarding the redeliveries, hopefully I?ll get some answers and I?ll ask tomorrow when I?m at the office again. Sorry, just got home. Royal Mail left a parcel on full view on my doorstep, thankfully it wasn?t stolen! I?m hoping the post lady who told me and my friend that no redeliveries were going to be made was incorrect but the fact that none of us are getting our redeliveries and Royal Mail has not bothered to answer my email about why my redelivery requests have been ignored makes me believe that the redeliveries are not going to be carried out currently. Maybe it?s a temporary thing? I?m back tomorrow to try and find my other two parcels so I?ll try and find out more (if they aren?t too busy!) and I?ll email Helen Hayes now. I told them I couldn?t even get through to them on the number listed on their missed card but they didn?t have anything to say to that.

3 parcels were from the same day yet they only found 1, don?t they pile them all together since it?s the same address and delivery was attempted on the same day hence the one missed card?! I?m dreading going back and enduring the queue.

She just said no more redeliveries from Monday and that we have to collect then she went off to serve the hordes of fed up customers waiting whilst I had to rush back to my poor relative waiting ages for me in the car. Makes sense as to why redelivery requests are being ignored but they need to tell us that and not send confirmation emails approving the redelivery.

A relative dropped me to Highshore office, only two counters. Queues super long at 9am. Complete shambles as they took forever to find my parcels, only 5 out of 7 were found. I couldn?t wait any longer for them to find the other two so I?ve got to go back. She said from Monday there will be no more redeliveries when I complained that I requested redeliveries that didn?t arrive. Completely stressful experience.

Second redelivery request wasn?t delivered despite emails confirming they would be. Couldn?t get through on the number that is listed on the missed card. Emailed Royal Mail who said they would be in touch in three days, after three days they emailed to say they would be in touch in ten days after investigating. I emailed Helen Hayes who replied back saying that she would look into it. It?s so frustrating and a complete shambles. I miss my post lady too, I have a new one who appears to be quite stressed, which is a reflective on the whole service currently.

I use CityMapper which for the most part is usually accurate.

No redelivery here either and as it?s 7 parcels, few which are large heavy boxes I can?t collect it via the bus. I?ve complained and RM are investigating. I made another redelivery request for tomorrow but I?m not holding my breath.

I get mine done by Sem on 07882 161467. She comes to my house to do my threading. Hayley Wood used to do an amazing job threading my eyebrows but she seems to have disappeared. I know that Pavan at balayage opposite The Plough does threading but I?ve never tried her. I wasn?t impressed when I had mine done at Lyttle Minx a year or so ago. Polished and The Beauty Place offer threading too but their prices are steep so I?ve never tried them.

Completely opposed to changing the 40 bus route.

Requested a redelivery for today, got a confirmation email stating it will be redelivered today. I waited in and nothing. Superb service.

It definitely would have been nice if the other walls were painted also.

The tracking said it?s out for delivery or it has no information hence the waiting in! I?ve had parcels ordered from beginning of September that still haven?t arrived despite being sent with tracking numbers via Royal Mail. Frustrating as I?ve been waiting in for nothing!

My half Dutch mum will be pleased!

How horrid. Small consolation but thankfully the cyclist wasn?t harmed though of course it must have been scary!
