It's not "closed". It's joined with the Hambleden practise and moved to the Tessa Jowell GP Surgery. All Patients were moved over (and should have been notified over time).

Do you not see the message that you have new private messages at the top of the screen? Given the email alerts are a bit hit or miss but that bit still works fine.
