    I know it's not ED, but it was a pleasant surprise to see a kite circling above the A10 in Enfield this morning. I didn't know they'd got this far into London

    Chartwell Children's cancer charity trust, 180 Rye Lane . They take a bigger variety of things than the rather picky ones on LL, No immediate parking but well worth a visit.

    I think the great reshuffle was caused by the loss of Lloyds pharmacy, thus creating space. But I agree with Borderlands, total contempt for the customers.

    It's obvious they're not employing enough staff to do the re-organisation. So , once again, customer service is shown to be of no importance to them. Queue yesterday at the supposedly quick area as half the machines weren't working and the poor staff were going non=stop trying to cope with all the queries. I've got to really dislike the shop as it is at the moment

    The same happens to the lemons. Overnight they become covered in mould

    Just been to Sogims. A pleasure!. Just walked in, asked for my repeat prescription and got it back immediately. What a difference to Lloyds.

    I've certainly complained to HH about the post generally, but not about our careless deliveries. It hadn't occurred to me to take pictures, thanks Froglander, though of course it wouldn't prove anything

    No only do we only get post about once a week, with overdue appointments etc that everyone's mentioned, but I've lost count of the number of wrong addresses we get delivered. I sometimes think I do more deliveries than the postman. Also, they can't be bothered, it seems, to use our letterbox and just leave everything in the porch. Bank statements, cards and so on just left there for anyone to try their hand at identity fraud

    Someone's now using the old bank by Dulwich Library. Workmen? (no signs of work) Squatters?

    Thy're only just bothered to let the GPs practices know, which can't be described as considerate

    Lloyds North X Rd closing down. Whats happens if they're you're listed pharmacy for your GPs practice?

    Still chaos with lots of items missing. Given the time they've had to sort it, one can only conclude hat customer service means nothing to them, And caring for their own staff too.

    Clarke's shoe outlet re-opened in Peckham, I'm glad to say. Got a a pair for £5

    They've twice printed out my prescriptions for me because they weren't in stock and I took them to Sogim who did them straight away

    Unless you're desperate, avoid it at the moment/ They're re-organising everything. No-one knows where anything is, no staff to help, of course.

    They could have helped me far more with my "everyday banking needs" by keeping the LL branch open

    Our postman just leaves all the mail (when it does eventually arrive) on the porch. Just help yourself, folks.

    Just been watching three squirrels on a neighbour's roof. They ran round and round and up and down for ages. Playing? I know nothing about squirrels' behaviour. They kept going under the guttering, I suspect they might be living in the roof, we had a nest in our roof once and very expensive it was to get it cleared.

    I thought the group of lads who got off the 37 bus at the junction then proceeded to p.ss along the wall of the white painted flats added tone to the proceedings

    Got a hospital appointment letter from Kings today about an appointment for last February. Got the ring form a coffee mug on it , could have been in someone else's house, I suppose.

    I've just discovered that you can use the old ones till the end of July. They seem to have that quiet, or have I been unobservant. Of course, you can't do anything simple like taking them to a post office to exchange
