Just been watching two foxes sunning themselves on top of the glass roof to a kitchen extension in Crawthew Rd. I don't know if the owners knew, A particularly fine dog fox that I've seen around a lot lately

Feature about it on the news tonight, though mainly focusing on Crystal palace which is having the same problems. Load of flannel in reply from Royal Mail

Still waiting for deliveries. None this week

Apparently Highshore Rd is on emergency status and has been since mid December. Doesn't seem to have helped.

I know of one parcel sent to Germany which has been returned to the sender. They filled in all the forms at the PO who said this they were correct, so they can't understand what's gone wrong. By the sound of these previous accounts someone is just sticking "Can't deliver" signs on parcels without even trying to deliver. I'm sure Echo and the Bunnymen would be as much use as anyone at Royal Mail. I thought of Father Christmas since he's good at delivering parcels

3 cars today! One had only taken 4 weeks to get from Nottingham

I think there should be some sort of high level official inquiry into the Royal Mail. It's obviously not fit for purpose since it was privatised. It's been creaky all year, post has been slow, but this Christmas has been even worse than last year's fiasco

3 cards in over in two deliveries in two weeks. I spite of all the criticism, Hermes delivered Ok.

I am told that a man has been seen regularly driving in the Upland Rd area and taking parcels. Photo's taken and description but I don't know what, if anything, has been done about it.

Spoke to a parcel delivery man who said the post should come through next year. And don't bother going to Peckham, it wouldn't help. No post today

Thanks James. last year was a complete c..-up and I had hopes they'd learned something. But since this year is just as bad, I can only assume that they have no regard whatsoever for their customers. Only their shareholders. ( and I hope they don't get any post) Even at my age it's disappointing not to get any cards (3 so far) but people have missed appointments, lost important legal documents (with the attendant risk of identity fraud) It's absolutely disgusting. I've complained to anyone and everyone and what good has it done?. Not even replies. usually.

2 cards in two weeks. People paid for the stamps (quite highly) they're the ones who should demand their money back for not getting the service they paid for. Perhaps if everyone did this it would wake the Royal Mail up

On the phone for 45 minutes this morning to re-arrange an appointment they'd cancelled in the first place. Heavens knows how long we'd have had to hang on for but coincidently another branch of the practice rang and were able to help after their query was answered

One card yesterday/ Took 9 days. Went down to Pejkham but nothing there, they said. This suggests blockages farther back up the line too

Just sent a complaint to the Royal Mail website. I'm sure they'll respond quickly and efficiently and all will be well. A bit like Virgin

No post yet this week (near Goose Green)

The outward post seems OK, but the deliveries coming in here are really bad again. We haven't had any post for days. Surely someone's sent me a card. Sue and Marjoram are completely right, but nothing seems to help. I can't remember how many organisations concerned with the issue I complained to last year when it was obvious the post had completely jammed up, and did any of them have the courtesy to reply, let alone help? I don't object to the scariness, but torture is not entertaining.

It's certainly got worse over the years I've been there. We moved from Forest Hill Rd years ago because that was useless and for some years have been satisfied with DMC. But now it gives the initial impression that patients are just a nuisance.
