  1. Oh God, Cars is the worst animated film I have ever seen! You have my sympathy. Although at least it isn't like a bloody bad musical.

That Dunn in the Cambridge goal has some good reflexes.

  6. I don't mind my girls having a bit of Disney in their lives, but the whole Frozen thing is beyond mental. And yes, a week of it is ludicrous.
  7. No you're not being a killjoy, that is absolutely ridiculous. Frozen is evil, and a nursery should not be helping Disney make even more money off the back of it (says a man who has spend A LOT of money off the back of it).
  8. I'm at home today and was hoping for more or less skiving. Unfortunately I've done more today than any other day this week. Stpid remote log in and work phone!

I would absolutely love to be in a state of mind to dance to the frog chorus. That sounds like a happy place to be.
  10. Get the tunes on Quids.
  11. Very much possible, they're in third, 4 points from top. Although the team in first have 2 games in hand over us... Table here http://www.pitchero.com/clubs/dulwichhamlet/s/table-56196.html
  12. If a couple were going and taking a kid or two it would cost a bloody fortune. Would rather a week abroad.
  13. My 2 girls between them are building up a little collection of princess dresses. They have Anna & Elsa (double set from Toys R Us - some very itchy material, especially on Elsa) Rapunzel (ordered from Amazon in a desperate effort to get it for Christmas) Merida from Brave (ASDA) Sofia the first (ASDA) The ASDA ones are ?12.50 and come with an accessory (Merida came with her bow and arrows, Sofia comes with her tiara, and I know their Rapunzel one comes with a hair piece, but it was sold out when I was trying to get it). The Disney Store ones are ?30 (or ?60 for the "duluxe" versions), and IMO are not so nice. ASDA for value and IMO they look the most like the ones in the films. Can't quite believe I have started a thread about Disney dresses, but I have two daughters, and I know what it's like when they're desperate for these things, and wanted to mention ASDA in case anyone hasn't seen their stuff.
  14. I've got another year of paying around 5.5% :(
  15. Hurrah!
  16. Ah, yes, looking on a PC screen I see he's nothing like you really. Looked like you on my phone screen. red devil Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > I don't suppose any of you rabble popped into the > new Turner Gallery whilst you were there? Wondered > if it was worth a visit... Wasn't there this weekend, but went down there when the Hornimans walrus was there as part of an exhibition. My wife and I both thought it was an amazing building, but there's nothing much worth seeing inside.
  17. I hug my friends warmly, but would never greet someone who wasn't a good friend with a hug, that's just weird.

Following on from that you could argue that we pay for it with our beer money, because the pubs that show it have to pay so much for the Sky license.
  19. You can be seen in the pgoto of the topless fella. Top right hand corner.
  20. I just voted again, which means it either doesn't remember my work computer or it's not counting my votes. Currently 49.59 to 35.17.
  21. Louisa Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Oh for goodness sakes StraferJack stop spoiling things! He can't, it's just his "thing". I long for a snow day, I honestly don't know how I'd get to work without the trains, so always a pretty good chance of a day off. My 3.5 year old was only 18m 2 years ago which was the last time we had proper snow, and before Frozen, so she is absolutely desperate for snow!
  22. Just voted and DH currently in the lead with 42.875, but Haybridge Swifts pretty close with 39.16%. Get your late votes in!
  23. Thanks all. Some good ideas there, which I will now pass on to the boss so that she can make the decision.
  24. I rather enjoy a "bow".

I hear it's unchanged... You hear wrong. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, and you won't get a real ale in there (you'll get a great Guinness though), but it's definitely improved. Lou I'll ask my dad and let you know. I remember the lady you're talking about, but not sure if she's still around now.
