Which team do you support: Liverpool Where are you from: London Why do you support them: I was late getting in to football, wasn't interested as a kid (and would have probably said I supported Arsenal if asked, because my dad and my school friends did). In my late teens I started taking more of an interest leading in to Euro 96 and I lijed Fowler, Macca, and co. Then I moved to Liverpool and you can't really escape it once you're there. At least I can say I wasn't a glory hunter, I started supporting them long after the glory days. The champs league 2005 was an amazing night though.

Agree with that. SAF once talked about knocking Liverpool off their perch, and he did it and I bet a lot of fans of various clubs enjoyed watching it. Man U have owned that perch ever since, and of course people are going to wnjoy watching then struggle to stay on it, it's human nature. That and the fact a lot of United fans (usually from London or Ireland) have gloated so much over the years (as if they personally have achieved something) that it will be nice to stick two fingers up to some of them.

Nice to hear you include Liverpool in that, but unless we can keep 3 key players fit for 90% of the season we just don't have the depth to keep up. Our best team will give anyone's best team a good fight, but we don't have anything to fall back on.
