  1. Walworth Road? (the squares off of the main road)
  2. Or overground from HOP to Whitechapel, then H&C line. Might not be quickest (although it might be) but quite stress free.
  3. yep, forest hill, then either direct train to EC, or a change at Norwood Junction (this doesn't usually involve going up and down steps, just other side of the platform).

  5. Good for you, well done.
  6. I never said areas were "better than East Dulwich", that would be a matter of individual opinion and preference. I said for the most part the buildings were, that is a fact because when they were built, the money was up the hill. It's no coincidence that the concrete house is pretty much as close to Forest Hill as you can get and still be in SE22. I'm not trying to dis Dulwich, I am from there, and it will always be home to some extent. You just can't help yourself trying to pick fights with me, because you are a moron.
  7. Interesting you mention tennis, as I think the womens game is far more entertaining for the most part. You probably have a point about the speed of the football though. I don't doubt the skill of these women at all.
  8. You missinderstand UDT, I love the house, and I will be happy to see it restored, but I don't understand these people devoting so much energy to uncovering some big conspiricy. Oh, and for the most part the buildings in Sydenham, Penge and Forest Hill are far superior to anything in East Dulwich.
  9. Actually, they are now saying he's stayed home with "a slight groin strain". Hmmm...
  10. Why do you people care so much, move on, live your lives.
  11. Fair play to the ladies, they are clearly a good team. I still find women's football boring to watch though, I honestly can't say why, it just doesn't seem as exciting. In other news, the Carroll saga goes on, and he's in Liverpool's squad for Europa qualifier. This would not cup tie him for the group stages though.
  12. Queer Mick Jogger Flash
  13. Just discovered a little West Indian food van near my office. This makes me happy.
  14. I just don't get what Rogers is thinking over this whole Carroll thing. Liverpool faithful don't seem to want him to go either.
  15. We seem to have run out of marmite, so the kids will have honey on their toast.
  16. Hurrah, was hoping the Lithuanian girl would win. Poor thing being dragged over to Sharon Davis for the interview.
  17. Feel quite sorry for the swimmers, the margins are so tight in every race it must be so difficult to just race against your own best time and hope it's good enough.
  18. That sucks Moos. Happy birthday anyway!
  19. I've got KFC gravy on my top, but I'm facing up to the responsibility myself.
  20. But if the likes of Visa gave away tickets to competition winners, and those winners didn't bother, I personally think it's harsh to blame visa for that.
  21. I think of you were selling a Les Paul copy, that would be okay, as you can buy them in most guitar shops. Selling stuff that is claiming to be genuine, complete with brand names is illegal.
  22. Wish the bbc would shut the hell up about empty seats!!! They were bought and paid for, so they have nothing to complain about. Also wish the bbc news channel would talk about something else occasionally! I'm happy with the sports coverage, but the endless reporters reporting olympic "news" is tiresome.
