I was basically trying to say what you've just said. I know / or have worked with lots of people from different races, and have witnessed lots of racism at other groups. To say you can only be racist if you've never experienced it, is a nonsense. 2 wrongs don't make a right, and if you are the victim of racism, that doesn't give a person the right to then go and be racist to other groups. Anyway, off topic. As for what Murphy said, I don't think s/he was saying that this issue shouldn't be discussed on here, but rather, that it was wrong to attack a person's professionalism, or personality on here. If that is what Murphy meant, then I couldn't agree more.
