A nearby neighbour is having one built. First proposal was rejected but 2nd one accepted. I think it's all about the degree of intrusiveness. With the right plans you may well be successful. Another neighbour built one a few years ago and I'm pretty certain they didn't bother with planning permission. Not suggesting taking that route. Just surprised they got away with it.

The 2nd 'n' was added due to one not being accepted by the registrar in Holland. Something to do with given name customs.

Final Round

Lee and colleague installed a combi boiler to replace two old boilers we had. He also did various other minor jobs.
