Not a song, but the other day I heard part of a classical concert on tv where the orchestra were playing music from the film The Mission. Reminded me of all the other stuff by Ennio Morricone I love. Yesterday by chance I was using the Underground which I rarely need to, and saw a poster of him. He is conducting his own music at the O2 on the 14th at the grand old age of 87.

A colleague on mine used this expression yesterday when I teased her about making a pretty stupid mistake. I'm sure I've said it myself and heard others use it on many occasions. So why is it that we consider it normal to make mistakes when we are supposedly so intelligent and superior to every other living entity on the planet. Apart from humans, who else makes stupid mistakes? I'm not sure I can think of one.......

Given my route is ED to LB with a Monthly ticket, it tells me there were 59 instances where I could have claimed a sum of ?70+. How does this work as I can't possibly have been affected by all 59 delays?
