  1. He didn't lose the plot he was just angry. Quite dignified too.
  2. I never wanted to hold a snake but was obliged to when my son left the nest and left behind Snakey. His pet from his reptillion days. I was left holding the snake as it were as Snakey needed to be looked after. My holding a snake is on a par with your fear of heights.
  3. I'm with Penguin here James. As a man in position of authority you really should have read a bit more before jumping to conclusions and saying your piece.

A brilliant piece of investigative work? Old Wills took 3 days to find the clue which was under his nose all the time. He also dropped the parcels in the first place. The hero of the piece is the person who cleverly left something at the scene which would be recognised by Wills but took the valuable stuff into safe keeping. Still happy for you Willard. Stay lucky.
  5. Speaking of having ID compromised, I get a fair amount of addressed mail which I know is junk (well junk to me). I usually open it, tear off my name and address and put in in the recycling. This is a pain. Is it really necessary, as I'm sure my name and address could be found in public records if someone could be bothered?
  6. I thought you were usually inside the ground Laddy when this is going on.
  7. I don't think anyone expressed surprise Penguin. It's a good story. I'm sure there are plenty more out there which don't get advertised.

If Pep is going elsewhere then part of me would like to see JM him at OT, just to see what happens. He can be charming and is difficult to condemn entirely without knowing what really happened at Chelsea. I'd also get some petty pleasure in having something Chelsea fans want.........
  9. Blatter & Platini get banned for 8 eight years by the Ethics committee. Wonder what the purpose of the committee was over the last 10-15 years? I don't know how FIFA can continue to exist. It should be disbanded.
  10. BBC Sport Gossip aren't giving Drogba much of a chance: "Didier Drogba is being groomed as a former Chelsea manager with Roman Abramovich keen to bring the 37-year-old back to Stamford Bridge." (Sun)

  12. Can't answer a straight question alert.

  14. You know you told that joke 2 years ago. Time for new material I suspect.
  15. Where's he going though is the question?
  16. I don't really want a cake peace, but thanks anyway.
  17. Louis is doubting himself....'I am - or shall I say was - a successful manager' If Pep decides where he wants to be next season, as it appears he can, and it's not OT, I wonder will United go for JM?
  18. Alex K, feel free to jump on board.

I think you miss the point that as people get older they appreciate time here more as they understand it's finite. When you are young you don't, and that's no bad thing either. Both views are simply the consequence of time or not as the case may be.
  20. I don't care anymore..........
  21. If that doesn't finish LVG what will?
  22. I put a link on the thread to your post elsewhere piece of cake. Do I get a free cake? (not wedding)
  23. Wouldn't it be great if Leicester could keep it up.
