  1. 3.96 burials per square yard.
  2. 2.5 acres? That's a plot of land sharing 80 plus trees per acre and 19,200 graves per acre. John K
  3. > Like others I would ask why are only some questions being selected for a response? Those are the questions with the wrong answers. I'll try these three simple ones: What is the area of the revised Area Z? Which part of Area Z was consecrated in 1913? It there a map/plan of the 1913 consecrated area? John K
  4. I went to see with #1 eye ball. How are the (any) retailer's artic lorries now going to get in and out of what is now a virtually non-existant car park? John K

At the Overview & > Scrutiny Committee of 17th September, when asked > why all the trees were not shown on plans, Tree > Officer Gary Meadowcroft said because 'there were > too many to count'. So how many trees per square metre of Area Z is that? How did you calculate 48,000 graves within Area Z; and how many graves per square metre is that? I'd like to see the calculations. How's Lewis? And thanks for the SSW photos of the last few days showing the very good progress being made. I am one of the people who reads the documents. Have you read them? Particularly those on drainage, geology, and groundwater contamination? Did you like the railway station plans? John K
  6. Missed the point? This open land (MOL) appears to be owned by the (Burghers of the) London Borough of Southwark. Has this changed? It is at risk of having the ownership transferred to Hadley (enclosed). John K

If you had you would retract all the SSW assertions about drainage and groundwater contamination. You have an opportunity here. So, how do you calculate 200 or more trees being felled in Area Z? Have you disowned the comedian yet? John K
  8. 200+ trees in Area Z? How does this work? Are you saying there is now a deviation from the One Tree Hill plan? John K

Southwark Council workers don't dig holes in the road. Was it workers from the "Great people, great work" company? John K
  10. Excellent work. We now have a benchmark against which we can judge the accuracy of any plans the Hadley group utter. Will the authorised people within Southwark Council agree to the enclosure of MOL and transfer of ownership of the land to a foreign property development company? John K

I wonder if the leaseholder was asked to NAMM it. John K
  12. Thanks for the update. It looks like the contractors are making good progress. John K

John K
  17. One possible in East Dulwich. It looks like the Southwark News journalist topped and tailed a press release. John K

  21. The Caffe Nero saga is not yet over. The retrospective was about the change of use to A3. The freeholder still makes intermittent attempts to add an extra floor on top of the building. I still can't find the planning permission for the shop between Nero and Brickhouse. The actual building work at the rear of Iceland is strange. I don't see how the retailer will be able to do any rear deliveries. Can someone explain? John K
  22. It would be a serious matter to utter a knowingly fraudulent plan as part of a planning application. If you have such evidence you should report it to Southwark Council. If you had looked at the plans you would have seen that the land in question is part of the old garden centre freehold and runs to the railway cottages boundary. If you have contrary evidence you should report it to Southwark Council. Can you confirm that you approve of this anti-social behaviour? John K
  23. More boundary details here: http://planbuild.southwark.gov.uk:8190/online-applications/simpleSearchResults.do;jsessionid=1068BFAF88534D76D1A0719D72D62231?action=firstPage take your pick. Why do you think the boundary of the land purchased from Network Rail is incorrect? John K
  24. The URL I gave points to the Southwark Council page for the 18-22 Grove Vale bat survey. The plan is the last selection on the list. John K
  25. Another missing post. You can find it here marked in red on the location plan: http://planbuild.southwark.gov.uk/documents/?casereference=14/AP/1832&system=DC John K
