  1. I'd be interested if anyone picks up any street noise about the prospective new owner or occupier of the shop(s) at 20-22 Lordship Lane. http://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/forum/read.php?30,1722407
  2. I'm waiting to find out if the new ground floor footprint is as authorised.

That's an increase of 97 square metres or an extra 23%. Let's wait and see how the District Valuer measures it.

There are other protected frontages in Southwark. This is a legal derogation as permitted under the national planning legislation. The legal document is quite interesting and it has the Seal of the Mayor Burgesses. Quite medieval. (See attached graphic). It doesn't guarantee a commercial interest won't try to circumvent the derogation. I'd be surprised if a planning officer ignored its legal status. .
  5. Change to A3 (restaurant) usage is prohibited under the legal derogation.

  7. > Is it any bigger than the co-op though? The Co-Op is 777 square metres. The Iceland configuration was 420 square metres. The M&S figure will be available soon.

  13. The Co-Op has a 17.5% discount on its business rates. Let's see what discount M&S negotiates.

  20. Does anyone have photos of progress to share?
