Auchan in Calais - great French stuff and cheap and a bloody great Sainsbos winery sharing the car park. The Bricolage is good too - knocks spots of B&Q.
It seems to have gone mad - the last reported post shown is AnnaJ's yesterday afternoon - but there are more posted after hers. When I was posting I got a message saying that the memory was full - but the posts still appeared - i one case twice as I tried to post similar messages twice.
*OK - its been 10 hours since Barry the Cowardly Lion was sat in the metal chair by the Disappearing Doctor. He is looking rather pale. This carrier bag contains his 4th leg, its either being sewn back on or its the Sunday Roast - what is it to be?* *Where was that mini-cab when I was trying to get back from Brighton this evening on engineering works blighted trains?* *Clearly the mini-cab drivers were out on a picnic with the disappearing Doctors - I'm going to bed* *Somebody give the lion a plaster, please*
Over there, the rather bedraggled looking lion. You cant miss him, he's the only lion in a life vest with 3 legs and a bloody stump. Might need a paracetamol, or do you just switch them off and then on again?
Selfish swine. Nobody came to help me - with that thunderstorm yesterday it was only my hastily built flood defences that saved this Quiet Room! http://www.usbr.gov/lc/hooverdam/images/C45-20485-L.jpg The Tiger shark is safe in his pool and Barry the Lion is frolicking in the pool with the Tiger sha... oh arse! "Barry - get out of there you pillock ... oops" Cowardly and stupid then.
Is it me, or is this thread like, Talking to God Are you out there great Administrator? Please give us a word of wisdom - English, Spanish or even Gaelic - any word would be fine ...... Bless us oh Great ONE
I did find the Irish Pub in Kathmandu. Didint try the Guiness, I was drinking "Everest" bottled lager because it has such a cool label. http://www5f.biglobe.ne.jp/~ja9lsz/everest%20beer.jpg
Waitrose would be good - you can buy most of the stuff in Somerfield cheaper elsewhere on LL or surrounding areas, Waitrose would add some value to the Lane.
