Interesting. I have spent quite alot of time in Berlin and Tallinn and would go for Berlin every time. Tallinn has a reputation for being a party town, but isnt that brilliant. Berlin is good fun, it really all depends what you want from your Stag do? If its civilised then there are plenty of museums, civilised bars and restaurants. If its uncivilised, the brothels are legal .......... :))

If there is little naturally occuring complaint, why attempt to whip up concern about something which is following due process correctly and is after all, legal?

The immediate past of my partment block was that of a Ford Garage, before then, who knows? I am haunted by the spirits of past Anglias' and Cortinas'. My previous flat was built on a bomb site which an aged neighbour told me was a chip shop. The Germans bombed our chip shop, literally.

Building on the lighting query. The house across the road from me has had a security light fitted at the front of the building. Its quite high on the wall (about 8 feet) and goes on whenever anything or anybody goes past the house. In doing so its light illuminates my front room. On a busy evening my flat feels like a disco. Is there anything that can be done by the council?
