Since have the little white box replaced earlier this year we have had no problems with Virgin tv nor broadband. Prior to that, we had connection issues on a regular basis.

Again, if you want to be taken seriously, please present your argument in a logical, factual way for us all to share. And for the record, the industry is far from perfect and I am not interested in defending it to the death, more in challenging some of the gross generalisations I hear and read and presenting some of the work being done on various levels globally to creat accountability and transparent.. Things that some papers don't report on as it doesn't make for such interesting reading to brain-washed/ washing robots like yourself.
