If only you had the forsight to buy a One bed basement flat 40yds from the Haberdash school back in 1994 for ?38K, then maybe Secondary schooling would not be that much of a problem. Id love to check out Sarahs Railings The reason for marsden road is Rejuventaion - the high level of Local authority houses in the street and the general state of the area = wholsescale jazzing up. the closing of a local crack house was also involved. selected streets have been sorted over the past decade in a similar fashion of you look around PS rich streets dont get this, so dont wait in hope - it is well targeted

The running shop does indded do bikes - good uns at that - ?????? as ibo sez- There are a handful of bike shops around the place - Edwardes in Cambers, Brixton has one or two, Herne hill has a good un. the relatively short hop to Decathalon in the Quays has a devent range of well priced bikes.
