  2. If only you had the forsight to buy a One bed basement flat 40yds from the Haberdash school back in 1994 for ?38K, then maybe Secondary schooling would not be that much of a problem. And remember kids, as long as you boot the students out & move back in and declare it your main residence once every three years, you dont pay any CGT either.

  4. Dulwich resturants ( there are actually precious few of them due to the vice like grasp of the Estate ) are invariably stuffed to bursting with thrusting inhabitants of the surrounding environs rather than Village inmates themselves.

  12. This little "ray of sunshine" does not find crass, smug and distasteful sweeping comments very amusing .Strange that isnt it ?
  13. Vice squad you say ? The cant be very good, seeing as theres at least 2x Albanian run brothels, with probabaly unwilling female employees, within 400 metres of their little bolt hole - one of which has several regulars who are well known in the SE22 / LL area. Oh yes, We cant have the Filth busting places that are patronised by local "faces" can we ....... sorry to bring down the forum with this distasteful revlation, but then again, this is hardly secret.

  20. Id love to check out Sarahs Railings The reason for marsden road is Rejuventaion - the high level of Local authority houses in the street and the general state of the area = wholsescale jazzing up. the closing of a local crack house was also involved. selected streets have been sorted over the past decade in a similar fashion of you look around PS rich streets dont get this, so dont wait in hope - it is well targeted
  21. Always judge a book by its cover - this one has a very poor cover..ergo......
  22. The last thing we need is an expansion of religious centres in the area, seeing as its all made up rubbish anyway - this is the 21st century, no the dark ages * I realise this will be deleted, but I have to say it *:-(
  23. The running shop does indded do bikes - good uns at that - ?????? as ibo sez- There are a handful of bike shops around the place - Edwardes in Cambers, Brixton has one or two, Herne hill has a good un. the relatively short hop to Decathalon in the Quays has a devent range of well priced bikes.
