  4. Chicken guano, yuck must hate your neighbours... :( I can see your intentions are good, but I wouldn't wish the smell of that on anyone
  5. Don't give up hope! Your cat may have found a new mate and is being fed by someone nearby, one of my neighbours who sadly passed away used to feed about 20 cats on a daily basis. Hope the little bugger turns up asap
  6. Its getting quite "Suburban Shootout" here innit? >:D
  7. Going to various hot springs with the wife and my wonderful mother in law.
  8. Its hard to beat the guys from Downtown... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oT6nNIMI-S4 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=etVCNUim8UE&NR=1 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o8zhd24RsFQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_7pfIG7abbI
  9. I'm really sorry to hear about your cat. Have you tried looking for a local Blue Cross centre or something similar? Losing a cat really is losing a member of the family so my heart goes out to you. We had a wonderful cat who lived for 24 years who passed away peacefully under her favourite spot under the radiator on Christmas day a few years ago, terrible to lose a cat at this time of the year. I'll chip in to buy a brick for spade, maybe we can take it in turns?
  10. Good to hear your moggie is back safe and sound :))

  13. I seem to recall some coloured houses between East Dulwich Library and East Dulwich Park, maybe there, or near the cycling track?

  15. Their multi packs of dish sponges and rubbish bags are cheaper in Icelands too...
  16. Atila, I mentioned it a few posts above. It was released here on dvd a good few years back, and there are quite a few games on the Playstation family of consoles by Konami, the Suikoden series (not sure what its called in English) which are loosely based on many of the characters and stories the tv series also drew its inspiration from.
  17. Use any search engine to find information, images or articles on East Dulwich within a minute. Can be anything you like..Here's what I found: http://www.ideal-homes.org.uk/southwark/dulwich/lordship-lane-1900-01.htm http://www.subbrit.org.uk/sb-sites/stations/l/lordship_lane/index.shtml http://www.londonersworld.com/cowfeature.html http://www.southwark.tv/edulwich/edcchome.asp http://www.thatchandco.com/locations/East_Dulwich.htm
  18. Any love for "The Chinese Detective", "Tales of the golden Monkey" or that gambling drama about two brothers, one an ex gangster, the other a (fallen?) priest? Citizen Smith was indeed excellent...Moonlighting and Mike Hammer were also usually excellent along with the good ol' Streets of San Francisco, Cagney and Lacey, Hill Street blues, Hogans Heroes, Rentaghost...Ah, nostalgia! Edit: Who can forget Battle of the planets (Space Science Ninja team Gatchaman - which has had several sequels in the last 10 years), Starfleet (Go Nagai's tribute to Gerry Anderson productions, known natively as Space Bomber) that so bad it was good Pac Man cartoon, The Adventure Game, Flash Gordon, Monkey (Saiyuuki, also remade a couple of years back), Tales of the water margin etc..
  19. No love for "Mouse man"? He's about 50 I suppose, wears one of them tweed jackets and is often seen walking around Camberwell with at least 2 mice sitting on his shoulder, in his top pocket and sometimes on his head! The mice really seem to love him and I've seen them nibbling on his ear and they sometimes appear to be sleeping on his shoulder..
  20. In their defence, we get a whole lot of parcels coming from abroad, often huge and the two blokes who usually deliver do a great job of getting our parcels to us, and have on several occasions tried 2 and even 3 houses down to leave parcels with neighbours when we have been out. It seems there are issues with the sorting centre, but our experience of the delivery staff has been wonderful and they are always very very friendly >:D
  21. I always assumed she was on her way to work in the London Dungeon or something...
  22. Sorry to hear about your kitty cat, will keep my eyes open. Hope it turns up sharpish, its a very handsome cat.
  23. Check this out: Anyone not going on Monday is surely going to be missing out.... :)-D
  24. Maurice, go play in traffic theres a good little white supremist. Then we can all piss on your bloody corpse >:D< Now surely you have a neo-nazi meeting to attend to you pathetic little fool?
