Otherwise, > why not all just walk everywhere? I laughed out loud as I read this on my bus full of commuters on the Walworth Road this morning -some even had, you know suits on and laptops and stuff..... Utter rubbish, makes me laugh how those that don't use the buses for commuting know so much about who is on them

    Harriet Harman

Oh she,s getting smeared but papers etc on the 'other' side are quite happy to say bang on about, ooh, The bullingdon Club, which may have been full of upper class twats but was not giving legitimacy to perverts....some interesting double standards about what from you past is ok and what is not......plenty of documentaries/comedies been commissioned on the back of the bullingdon set! not many on the often Trotskyist! barking and all focuessed on rights not responsibilities views that half of Tony Blair's cabinet espoused in the 70s

  8. Years ago in the early 80s some well known lads from West Ham did this, they was in a documentary called knockers, they went onto become famous for other dodgy behaviour....as old as front doors this one.

  16. I first heard about this in 1983, I am sure people were talking about it in the 30s too. Estate agents in Camberwell often mention it a like it's a given, something they were doing in the 80s....and the 30s no doubt. So, no
  17. Unless it has to be Italy, I'd throw in Seville or Granada as very romantic places but not as big as Rome

BFS shoe in for manager of the month, you big, fat loveable, dinosaur you
  21. Stamp duty is a massive factor nowadays due to the rise in house prices. We,d like a bigger house but even if you trade down area wise by the time you factor in legal, moving costs, SD....you are talking nealy 50k..a side return looks very attractive for simiar money and staying in an area we like
  22. I'd almost like it if a random representative sample of 650 the population were chosen by lots, got say ?250k each PA with no expenses and then had to decide what to do and not allowed out until they sorted things out..... Depressing how uniform they all are, agreed.

...and....quite near the truth at present
  24. ..or Hilary Benn (see the name, heard it before?), or oooh Mandleson, another labour aristocrat parachuted in or maybe Harman's 'partner'...for some balance eh ted? ...and what did happen to her support of female only candidates? They're all a bunch of self seeking hypocrites so cut out the party politics eh?
  25. Sounds like an improvement to me
