Perhaps he should spend more time toughening them up for such games. Everyone from Chelsea to the bloke down the pub know that Arsenal don't like aggressive play and many teams take advantage of it. I say play up, play up and play the game.
  2. Good result for United last night and I'm liking the Mexican more and more. Who needs Wayne. ;-)
  3. I was wondering why I shivered every time I came on here. I thought the faux politeness was a bit obvious tbh. ;-)
  4. Arsenal and Chelsea dropping three made mine.
  5. I'd get the train to Peckham Rye and P12. you could also get the 343 and walk down Stuart Rd.
  6. Well done Northampton. Brilliant stuff. Woy out?
  7. Pah. You can't have everything. Come on penalties!

Ha, ha. City out, Chelsea out and looking like Liverpool out. And I was worried that Scunny scored two against us.
  9. I think it's also a little unfair to call someone like Ferguson a nasty bastard. I'm pretty sure if you asked most people involved in football on a day to day basis they would say he's a pretty good man. He does a lot for football in general and he is pretty supportive of other managers and players.
  10. Well said Narnia!
  11. Yeah! It's a fantastic facility that's been negleted shamefully in the last few years. Get behind this!
  12. Nani likes to dive. It doesn't make him popular with United fans and as I was saying to a Liverpool supporting colleague today if he spent more time using his skills he'd get more goals. He hasn't been that bad recently. Torres does like to try it on from time to time, be fair. Matt, Liverpool had an excellent middle third of the game. United looked better beginning and end. It was actullay a very good game and well balanced, not dirty and one of the better of these clashes for a while.
  13. I rest my case. O'Shea or Nani? They seem to be the ones that the Scousers are bleating on about. Which one is your choice? :)) Any opinion on the three unpunished Liverpool handballs?
  14. How is that paranoia? I made an assumption that you thought a United player should have been sent off, I am guessing you weren't talking about anything else? Please tell me if there's another way to read you post.
  15. 100 goals or there abouts in the calendar year. 54 in 13 games. They look pretty nailed on at the moment and no African Cup of Nations or manager trouble this season. I expect they'll have slump but so will everyone else. It's theirs for the taking. I just hope Berbatov keeps scroring. :))

Well done to west ham for getting a hard > fought point against Stoke Ha. Are you Matt in disguise? United were dominant throughout. Liverpool had two shots on target and one was a penalty. Berba had a great game and it would have been a travesty if United hadn't won. It was a good game and if we are going to talk about unpunished infrngingments there were at least three Liverpool handballs.
  17. Freddy is retiring from all forms of cricket according to Sky News. No more pedalo shenanigans. :'(
  18. I ride a lot, on and off road, for pleasure, racing and commuting and the couple of times I've been on a Ken Bike I've loved it. Up hill, down hill all I wanted to do was smile! They are weighty and the gearing is too high for me but they are a blast to ride anywhere! Also beware of HMRC rule tightening on bike to work schemes. They may not be as good as they were a few months ago. New tax rules, but don't let it put you off cycling!

  20. Are 1972 and 1973 still available?
  21. You sound smug Keef.
  22. Can I still get a number? I want a burger from TMW.

Still feeling smug Anna? Mid-table mediocrity becokons. ;-)
  24. I wouldn't mind a set.
  25. I dropped my old bike down at BC last week. Hope it gets well used!
