Hi all im back from my wee little retreat. So lets get this show on the road, hopefully in the next few days, we will have the plant donation date sorted out. If its not at the hospital, then it may be a local address. However please hold on to those plants, we will have them for our new garden I promise. :)-D Thanks for now.

Hi I am back, however please email James Barber your poster, not sure when I will get the opportunity to put anything up.

Hi Sue My colleague at the vale residents association is trying to organise a day with the hospital, however I would be very surprised if it happens within the next 3 days, before I go. Do you mind holding on to them, until there is an update on this thread? Thanks
-
Hi All I am off on my hols next week, but would love you guys to keep this thread going. There will be someone updating the thread every so often, however can the EDF community contribute by letting us know what you would like to see in the garden. All the funding forms have now been submitted, so with love, energy and good intention, we will receive a yes, and we can get on with the South Southwark Urban physic garden.(working title:) Thanks guys.:)-D

Hi All Thanks for all promised donations so far. We are going to arrange a day, where you can drop all the donations off at the site or at a site for us to pick up. Will keep you all updated. We are working alongside different groups, including the hospital site managers, who need to approve everything we do. Bless them Cheers all

Thanks Sue, that would be great. If you could hold on to them for a wee while. Heather from the Vale residents association, will be housing all donations until planting begins. Thanks again :))

Hi All Just a reminder, that we will be asking donations soon. We are looking for plants suitable for planting from September. Plant spring-flowering bulbs, such as daffodils, hyacinths, and Marigolds. So ED please (im begging with cap in hand)save your unwanted September plants for the community garden. Thanks:))
-
Hi all Just a subtle reminder to let you lovelies know, we still need bikes for the project. We need more donations. You can download a label for your unwanted bike at http://www.eastdulwichsnub.co.uk/ Project starts officially in September, however we need bikes to get the project started, so come on East Dulwich, get out those unwanted bikes, and donate them to a good cause Thanks :)-

Hi Admin in the PM I have stated who the company are, not publicly on the forum. I have not said you tarred the company. However if you read the pm you will see what I am trying to ask. From the impression in the answers I have received re my posts and why I am having difficulties posting, it seems, and correct me If I am wrong, that certain words I post are not recognised, because they have been deemed as naughty.I am confused, that is why I have pmd you. I am cross because of the nature of my posts ie talking about community projects, cannot be projected in the posts, because of "naughty words"
-
Thanks Straferjack, I have sorted it, however I have written a long pm to admin, because I am not happy at all. I use the forum a lot for community projects, and the forum serves SNUB really well, however on this subject, I am rather cross.(6)

Lol staferjack funny. I think I may know whats happening, and if thats the case. I would like to see admin explain how a company who have donated their free time, energy and money to past and present community project be deemed as naughty.??? Admin could you please explain!! thank you

Hi Admin Hope you can help. I have posted an update on the Dulwich community garden thread, I listed one of the sponsors and its not letting me add the sponsor. Why is this?
-
Hi All Just wanted to update you on the progress of the garden project. Work will start in the next few weeks, on preparing the foundations, and designing the garden. We will also be asking for plant donations in the next few weeks. So if you are thinking of giving away any plants or seeds, flowering or herbs, please could you donate them to the garden project. Thanks The project will be managed by the Vale residents association, in collaboration with Groundwork london and Mc Govern carpentry And as always James Barber and Robin CrookshankHilton will be lending their support. As always ED watch this space Thanks SNUB Edited several times because of the increase in support for the project Ta chaps:)-D

Well done Lisa, and others. I am sure Zafi, will go to a loving home. My Shitzu Bobbi was taken a few months ago, we put up posters and called Battersea, but she was never found. Intuition tells me she is in a loving home now. Not nice losing your pet. Great we have a community of dog lovers though. x

Thank you Beekeeper, unfortunately Hospital stipulates only Physic garden, no bees allowed. And thanks to those who are volunteering. Think we have plenty, plus I have asked Groundwork London to contribute. Thanks for all the positive comments, lets send all that positive love to the garden.:)-D http://www.snubdulwich.org.uk/

Thank you Charlie, thats very sweet. Hopefully we will get full funding, it looks very optimistic. And I am putting all my positive thoughts and energy out there, for the great and the good of the garden.:)-D
