    Car clamping

Appeal it ratpack, the pics should show the registration number clearly. I had a similar situation years ago and appealed it on the grounds that the photos were out of focus and won.
  4. The lady in question is very sweet, there was talk a while ago about a developer who attempted to buy the property, but bless her she said no and is sticking to her guns. Hope shes ok, if the window was broken.

  7. This is my last thread on East Dulwich forum and something I feel very strong about, the closure of the post office in Melbourne grove. Bellenden residents are petitioning to keep it open and i wish them the best of luck, Lordship lane Post office is already very busy, this closure will only add to this. The local post office in Forest hill closed down a while ago, so all the forest hill patrons are now using primarily Lordship lane, which is not a practical solution, for some residents who live near the forest hill post office. There is a residential facility who look after the partially sighted and registered blind, based on Lordship lane near the Hornimans museum, and i know the residents of the facility now have to use The post office on Lordship lane. So Ed Forumites if you want to object to yet another closure of a much needed post office please email [email protected] Thanks
  8. Doodles because its me its a nasty unprofessional attack, if i were a resident or a shopper then i am expressing an opinion!!! So what, i am explaining how trading standards works, it was not nasty in any way or form, you dont like it, fine, i like you have a right to express an opinion. I think this forum is only meant for residents not for retailers or local business owners, we are invited to express an opinion and when we do, we are attacked. So from now on i am no longer posting because I have had enough of one rule for you, one rule for me.Good luck and yes i am from Healthmatters,
  9. Were the same crew filming at chopsticks last week???

Crap is that a technical term Mark nice! From a Local business owners point of view I can understand why Cherry want to extend, I mean they are doing everything by the book and yet they are still critised for it. They want to enhance their business like most Ed shops have, to grow alongside the thriving community of ED. Local landlord, whatsis face from whatsit thinks hes above it all and carries on doing what he likes. ( Iv removed names to protect myself from whatsit) I mean give the little guys a chance, please!!!!!!!
  11. Snorky said the same thing about me, not being real!! What is that about, I mean get a grip. Sorry off topic:-$
  12. ooh I may wander in I like the cpt. Thats if im not treating late.
  13. May i suggest something as a retailer in Dulwich and as someone who knows customer rights. When you purchase something from that place ask them before you purchase will they exchange if its wrong, especially if it is a gift. We get asked all the time and we say no problem, as long as its not opened and you have the receipt. A while ago and i have done this twice now, a customer was bought a gift from dr poo, it was wrong and asked if she could exchange it, they of course said no. She came in to me and although she bought it from poo, we exchanged it. The range is not franchise, so i did not have to do it, buy hey im a softie>:D<
  14. Where id the obstruction take place on Lordship lane Lilly? Was it a double yellow line?
  15. As a retailer I can understand to a certain extent why they did not exchange the bubble bath, however and there is always a however when it comes to0 Dr Boo, if they bothered to do their research with trading standards, they would know that they are obliged to refund a product if its unopened accompanied with a receipt, With cosmetics it can be tricky but a unopened seal will show that its not been opended. I am biased because I cannot tolerate them, we stock a range, they decided to stock when they opened, and they were underhanded about the whole affair, thus why i do not like them. MBT are great I bought a pair from merlin shoes in Crystal palace and they have really helped with my posture, the lady in merlin shoes was so helpful and very knowledgable
  16. Looks like the local italian contigent( me, my Bro my mum and dad, my cousin mimmo, the current chef from mon petit chou) will have to go along and make sure it is the real italian deal. If mark and the boys give us a table at the front, give us a lot of food with sauces, napkins to use as bibs, bread we can break and eat and throw at each other, we can can make it look like the real deal and dont forget the candle waxed bottles and the red n white tablecloth. By the way Mimmo looks like an extra from once upon a time in america>:D<
  17. I get my kicks from watching the great programme on weds night BBC 1 where ticket evaders who owe hundreds or even thousands in unpaid tickets get hit by loud npr van. Now these guys definately deserved getting a ticket

Im sampling so many different herbal teas now and love the taste, go cold turkey dont bother with decaff because it still has caffeine in it although not us much,as regular coffee. water is great for clarity and energy levels.
  24. In all fairness to acorn they were very supportive of the Wintergreen fair SNUB held in December and without them we could have not afforded the marquee.I dont think anyone has a great story to tell about estate agents, there was the watchdog report about foxtons the other week which proved to be in my opinion, in keeping with the whole "we dont like estate agents" theme.
