Hy All received a flyer about a community grant that we can apply for in East Dulwich,so im asking the lovely peeps of the EDF what do you think would East Dulwich needs to improve its physical appearance? We have some lovely places in and around east dulwich but on a whole what do you reckon we would benefit from,the flyer suggested the money could even go towards a fun day or street party.:)-D Share your views

Grafitti still there,apparantly amusement arcade is going to be "oH nO NOT another coffee shop,rumour at the mo,but there were 3 guys standing there this morning scratching their chins looking at the shop and looking sheepish all at the same time.

Paris is a very sad person with no substance in her life,only in the bank,mtv movie awards really illustrated how disliked she really is,if she cant take the hint now,she never will.On a lighter note did anyone see the mtv movie awards with the depp an himself.corrrrr blimey

lol i think the guy in raylons is quirky,i have always found him polite,i know he can be quite cutting and miserable,but on a whole i have always found him helpful .

Im looking forward to white stuff opening,its a long time coming,i know its a chain but as chains go this is a nice 1,we have great local shops who sell really lovely stylish clothes,but i think whitestuff are filling that elusive gap in the market locally of buying something casual and inexpensive.And they obviously have a sense of humour too:))

I was talked about in a coffee shop this morning in portugese,thankfully i understood what they were saying and it was all very nice,it got a bit much though as the guys were making rude horrible and smutty comments about all the ladies in the shop,so i looked at them smiled and said goodbye in their language,shock registered and i left,thought it was hilarious

I think Ed is crying out for a vegetarian healthy organic resturant.There is a resturant in Selhurst called peppercorn who are vegetarian and i hear very good.We have many food places here but a healthy choice will be a great idea. good luck

lol people have very vivid imaginations on here,the only mafia i have seen are the ladies who walk around east dulwich with forms asking if the locals would like to advertise with the met police magazine,asking for the money upfront then watching them get sloshed by food and wine with a can of specail brew,now thats what i call mafia lol

Update on the voting situation,there are voting forms for the East Dulwich cloth bag vote located at SMBS,Healthmatters,Greetings and anywhere you see the distinctive voting form.Bags are hanging up in Healthmatters window(thanks to HM) and they are clearly numbered so you can have a look from the outside.

I was going to have alook at the william rose ones today if i get the chance that is.

Snorky so when us women are at the card shop wouldnt it take us away from looking after our menfolk,or would they be down the pub while we are shopping,cleaning and caring for their kids.

lol im reading and giggling to myself about saying hi to each other.Dont know if anyone as seen or heard the guy who whistels at people and if you look at him he asks you what you are looking at.Today he walked by and a guy just said hy and the whistler started swearing at him and asked him who the hell he was saying hi at,so please say hi when you are walking around ed but ignore him,unless you fancy a arguement

The guys at Smbs are pussy cats really,very sweet and loving purrrrrr.East Dulwich has become a great community with shops and locals all getting on so well.If there is someone out there reading this who wants to open a sushi bar please please open,thats 1 thing i know that will be welcome in Ed,not to mention a shop selling intimates and products of the adult nature:)-D only >:D

Why on earth do people assume we need 3 or 4 of the same thing.We are a local community,we have a great card shop and then there are cards being sold elsewhere.Origibloodinality please its not difficult
