You want coked up gurning polotroons with a sprinkling of menace, then you have a choice of LL shitholes to choose from- try going downstairs at Boho on a weekend.Fucking hell. The Gowlett is a rarity these days- its a local pub that survives-with its mixture of rough and tumble Olly reid lookalike geezers, mixed with people who work in "the arts". the telling thing about the Gowlett is people standing at the bar drinking - this isnt soemthing you see too much nowadays in the 'hood - people comfortable with their bar. If you are a habitual user of match dot com, then maybe its not for you- I wouodnt suggest it is a pulling zone. Johnny runs the place as an ole skool pub - its not a corporate offering by any means- and thats not a bad thing.Where else can you see your postman, ripped to gills and grooving away by himself to obscure '70s dub reggae ? not the fucking Bishop. I would suggest that if you are trying to avoid getting your head kicked in for looking at someones pint, then you are more at risk of a serial mauling from designer shirt Penge masses on the vibrant and up n coming LL ( GCH Not tested, leashold, your investment may be at risk if you do not keep up repayments.) In fact, I may pop along this weekend to show solidarity. The lucky sevens can be shite tho'- I tried to put on disc 1 of the Space Ritual once and was bundled onto the street. The cunts.

no punitive sanction in a case like this innit- what is their loss ( fuck all ). anyway , they are hassling the resgistered keeper - this is not always the driver- and human rights law innit, you are under no obliation to spill the beans as to who was driving. wait til they send a County Court summons- its bogus and not acutally stamped, but spooks many people. these people are vermin- string it out as long as you can- they rely on peoples ignorance of teh law and general obedience to all things official like.

What did Samuel Clemens say about the what was the best investment ? I dont always blame people for doing this, the BTL arena is alway going to be about self interest, what spooks me is the Albanian style pyramid scheme that seems to underly the whole thing. I cant make moral judgements about homo economicus, I just think that sometimes he doest really think it through -
Q)A line outside a soup kitchen ? Q)A queue at the food bank ? Q)Queue waiting for the Job Centre to open ? A) iphone idiocy. Brokin Britin . oh yes.

theres a lorra lorra people who ( for right or wrong reaons- and im not going to get into this moral discussion, not nhere anyway ) have entered the BTL market, their survival economics are based on : 1) Continued capital appreciation of the underlying 2) Low interest rates to ensure EZ payments Theres a basic incongruity in those two fundamentals that sorta dont bode well for the future -

East Dulwich 2013 A land where white middle class graffitti is welcomed with open arms by everyone ( look, look, see how ARTISTIC and OPEN MINDED we are, we love the EDGYNESS of orchestrated ART HAPPENINGS by HIPSTERS even though its like 10 years past its prime and is mostly SHITE) but a circus poster from a circus that has been around for the past decade, 2x a year on the rye, invokes such anger ( KILL the ANIMAL ABUSERS, KILL the CIRCUS FLY POSTER VERMIN, KILL THEM IN THE FACE )

http://www.northamptonchron.co.uk/news/local/northampton-s-mysterious-clown-trends-on-twitter-as-story-goes-viral-around-the-world-1-5492914 chilling isnt it. imagine if they came to ED. I shudder at the thought- Northampton is only a few hours away by rickety car with the doors falling off.

will the retialers (big and small) embrace anything that will affect their bottom line? Will the funds that invest heavily in these equities embrace anything that will hit their bottom line? No. Paper bags are great, you cant carry as much shite home in a paper bag, so you buy less- this is hardly soemthing the supermarkets will introduce. Do you think any of the three main parties (soon to be 2 when the vile cleggite nazi apologists are taken to a suitable place and shot through the head ) will do anything that will harm the retailers ? fuck off.

flatten the lot and let the hipsters turn the area into a series of pop up bars. Oh, hang on........

I cycle but my daily commute is by > motorcycle and I will never, ever, go up the > inside of an artic at a junction regardless of > road markings or how any vehicle is indicating. it has taken a grimly bloody century for bikers to generally appreciate how vunerable they are with regard to other road users- and I think thats quite telling in itself.Riding defensively on a motorbike is a survival technique that is ( usually ) ingrained these days. Cyclists have been around for longer but probabaly not in the volumes we see today in lundun ,specially with the crowded roads they have to deal with. Both Cyclists and Drivers have a steep learning curve to take onboard.
