I'd agree on that one. Certainly Crocs, Krocs or indeed clogs should never be worn over a certain age. But if you're still cacking your own pants and not yet aware of it then I think you're safe.

I bought some "Krocs" for our boy whilst in France, for 1 Euro. He doesn't know the difference yet, but presumably - once he does - it will be the beginning of a lifetime of resentment.

My God! The story in full.

Apparently it was more like 200 men - all with swords - and my friend's window cleaner's son's dog got run over by a tank (en route for Cafe Prov) outside the Lido. He is very upset.
-
So what happened after the mounted riot police charged and scattered the 100 men with machine guns? Did Aswad still go on... or did they have to play behind a bulletproof screen?

What's the Difference between the English/ Welsh, actually?
*Bob* replied to MadWorld74's topic in The Lounge
I haven't been to Sweden. But I can verify that Denmark, which isn't too far away, seems to be absolutely chock-full of extremely good-looking types. The British are a particularly ugly lot, unfortunately - although not quite as bad as the Irish. Fortunately London is a indeed a melting pot and has managed to import some talent from abroad, raising the bar to a certain degree. -
Does this explain why you've been so quiet of late, Alan? Have you been two-timing us over on the Doha Forum?

What is the Difference between Australians/Kiwis actually?

jrussel Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > You need to try a bit harder with your analogy. To > start with, you need to explain the context of > your disagreement. Otherwise I cannot comment and > you are really just wasting everyone's time. I shall expand. I don't like oranges (excluding Satsumas & Clementines), as I find them difficult to peel and they make my fingers all sticky. I don't like Celine Dion, as she is difficult to peel and makes my fingers all sticky. So, whilst I am happy to recognise that there are differences between Celine Dion and oranges, in the context of how they both make me feel - ie angry - there are no differences between Celine Dion and oranges (excluding Satsumas & Clementines) I hope this is now clear enough for you. -

I see what you're getting at now, jrussel. If I may present my own parallel experience: The other day I had a disagreement with an orange, who I accused of behaving exactly like Celine Dion. I understand that there are differences between oranges and Celine Dion (geographical origin, accents, cruel thin nose etc) but in the context of our disagreement - first and foremost - and without (herewith) no further ado, I, er.. And other nonsensical made-up stuff. -
?650k isn't out of the question for a 3 bedder. But it would have to be a top of the pile, creme de la creme, absolute dogs nuts of 3-bedders. Otherwise..

The impression I got was that, for all the problems which undoubtedly exist, Kiwis seem to have a certain amount of pride in their indigenous history, whereas your average Australian seems to regard theirs as a bit of an inconvenient embarrassment. -

I've been Oz a few times now and I have to say (on every occasion) I was amazed at the generally unsympathetic view your average Australian still has of 'the abbos' as I so often heard them referred to as. I was also amazed how infrequently I saw them - except on the street in the less salubrious parts of town. Out of sight, out of mind. -

I'd like to be able to drive a huge pickup truck - with ludicrously pumped-up suspension - down to SMBS every Saturday to collect my organic cress. Whilst firing off an automatic weapon out of the window and listening to death metal.

TIPS FOR TROLLS 1. Don't be too obvious. Everybody knows what the difference is between Kiwis and Australians. Keep the subject matter believable. 2. Don't do anything too technical. If you're smart/geeky enough to know how to insert a cheeky script that puts people's Facebook picture in a thread, then you know full well what the differences are between Kiwis and Australians. 3. Hijack a thread from within - don't start your own. This draws less attention to yourself and allows you to build-up a plausible identity. 4. Allow sufficient time to elapse between trolling Give your last ruse time to die down before embarking on the next one. Not only will people hopefully have forgotten about you, but it will also allow time for newcomers - who've never heard of you - to rise to the bait. GOOD LUCK, TROLLS! -

It's easy to spot the difference. Pop into any bar in London. Kiwis = punters Australians = staff -

Macroban.. you've excelled yourself. Be sure to pop over in December and give our boy the hard facts about Father Christmas. -

Better get used them .. in increasing numbers. Along with Foxtons, fights and vom outside pubs on the weekend, loft conversions everywhere, Ocado deliveries and the +Venture bar, they are continuing evidence of SE22's inevitable decline into The New Clapham. -
Come now, AcedOut.. I think everyone knows what little time computer tekkie types actually spend working. A rough job breakdown would be: 15% explaining to 'civilians' how difficult it will be to accomplish the task they've been set. 5% doing the job itself. 80% on Facebook, general dickswinging and Googling ex-girlfriends.
