  3. The portaloos on a building site on a Monday morning. Several rings of hell all in one. Well certainly in the mid to late 80s.

  6. Weather forecasters who presume to describe the weather rather just inform me about it. I was told on Friday that the weather over the weekend was 'not going to be good', presumably because it was going to be a bit chilly and windy. It's October so the information came as no surprise. If there are any weather people reading this please remember, weather is not good, weather is not bad, weather just be.

  8. Sartre said it was other people. He was a French existentialist so he probably knew of what he spoke. For me it would be a neverending Billy Joel concert.

He was overjoyed that his Oliver Hardy impression was still a hit with the ladies.
  13. I Was Born Under A Bad Sign - Albert King. It seems the Astrology:thoughts and the Song Game threads are on the cusp. It's a funny old world up there in those stars. I'm sure Shelley Von Strunckel would consider Albert's attitude judgemental, but then she would, what with her being a typical, critical Taurean.
  14. You know of course they're able to keep going on the profits of their washing up 'liquid'. I shudder to think what really goes into that stuff. Boycott it now. I beseech you.

  16. YOURS! (Not directed at you, of course JL, you just happened to be collateral damage in this whole crazy business).

I'm pretty sure I've already apologised on another thread over the incident, Dez. You know, drink taken, faults on both sides etc. What say we meet up in the garden with a carrier of Tennents Super (my treat) and bury some hats. Shit. I'm waiting.

Didn't Sainsbury's deliver that either? No wonder you sacked them.
