  2. Well if my real name wasn't what it is then I would definetely choose to it be Queeqeg, as it so happens. And my son is nicknamed Quentin by the uncle of one of his friends. Hope it helps.
  3. Living On An Island - Status Quo

Can't ignore the fact that he's a man of dual racial heritage who might be POTUS (thanks West Wing), would the 'vapidity' of his agenda be a way of appealing to the broadest and most inclusive lot of voters. A black man in the White House? I'm up for it.

  9. Excellent first thread. If there's an award for titles at the end of the year then 'have you lost an tiny upsy daisy' will be getting serious consideration for my vote. Nice use of the 'an' I thought. Twenty six views in half an hour is a pretty good score though some of the viewers were possibly disappointed when they found out it was about a lost toy of the children's variety. Well done.
  10. Sweet Little Rock 'n' Roller - Chuck Berry
  11. "What's on the end of your stick, Vic?" - Bob Mortimer, Vic Reeves Big Night Out.
  12. "And the Eggheads have done what comes naturally to them" - Dermot Muhaghan, Eggheads.
  13. Sweet Caroline - Neil Diamond
  14. I wouldn't object to an M & S foodhall, but only if they had a daily gallery of cheapness to sell off the almost out of date grub. Although if it's a choice between that and a Wimpy bar...
  15. "Anything can happen in the next half hour" - Announcer (though it sounced like Cmdr Shore), Stingray.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences - shower of useless bastards for giving him the award in the first place. Tossers.

Now was Charlie Endell growling "Laughing Spam, hurt him" a catchphrase or a quote? I'm not sure but I love it. And of course if there's a hall of honour for great henchmen then Laughing Spam Fritter is in the top ten.
