Cyclists still have to obey the rules of the road the Same as a car as it's on a public road.. all road users motor vehicles Bicycles ... scooters ... etc have to abide by highway codes and the laws of the road so police have plenty of powers

  3. Had a cyclist looking down at their phone and riding bike with one hand not looking where they were and wobbling all over the place and worse of all on the wrong side of the road last night when I was driving to work I had to stop and flash my lights to get attention as also had headphones on an when rode pass me had the cheek call me a c##t .. it's not the first time I've had cyclists who think because they are on a bike can ride where they want and how they want.. seen many drunk people riding boris bikes all over the road and still drinking from bottles and cans while doing so...

  14. All children walking or riding a bicycle should ALWAYS use the safest places to cross and that is traffic lights and zebra crossings Remember the GREEN MAN ADVERTS
  15. The congestion that would cause while construction of the building and facilities it would be horrendous.. I live on Barry road and sometimes the traffic is terrible especially speeding drivers.. my house already has cracks and subsidence due to the amount of buses and lorries going up and down the road. Imagine if that goes ahead all the big lorries going up and down the road then sitting on Barry road near clock house unloading supplies and then if knocking building down first all the machinery and tipper trucks waiting to be filled with rubble.. it would be an absolute nightmare couple that if and when they decide to do the other side of the road it's going to be a nightmare especially for those that live so close to that part ..

  20. There wouldn't be so much traffic on lordship lane if the council didnt close the roads as now the cars have no choice but to cause mayhem on lordship lane... As for crossing the road as others have said the safest way is by using the crossings available cars will stop at them when lights are red or people are crossing it's only cyclists that continue to ride through red lights and crossings when people are crossing..
