  16. Sue - the health centre I was done at - Artesian Health Centre, Grange Road- was doing walk-ins with no appointment needed. You would need to take proof of your first two vaccinations

  21. I heard a (what I presume was ) a bird call I had never heard last night and this morning. A long oooh. This was around the Goose Green area. Did nyone else hear it/know what it was?

  24. What Alice said. Tara fitness is woefully uninformed. The majority of people in past centuries did not live long enough to develop chronic diseases as we know them. That is what accounts for the explosion in cancers and illnesses from dietary influences - although certainly not helped by over-processed foods
