  1. Those pesky cats
  2. I can confirm it is impossible to get the automatic verification and the site is incredibly user unfriendly.
  3. I'm tempted to say this post should be damned because people can often be frightened by such claims, not get vaccinated and put themselves and the community as a whole in danger.
  4. I believe GP surgeries offer them if you pay
  5. I don't understand why Sainsbury's can't employ security to stand at the entrance and refuse entrance to people who won't put on a mask, and then more inside to enforce it. Is there something I can't see?
  6. What!!!!! There have been no bus conductors on London buses since 2005. If you are going to try and score political points, best to get your facts right.
  7. The good thing is that TE44's rants are more or less incomprehensible
  8. try looking on the southwark website
  9. Dontbesilly I was commenting on your ignorance and your callousness. " I never wear a mask, as i cant really be bothered to have this thing on my face. I am young and fit anyway so i have no fear of the virus. " A mask doesn't protect you, but other people, but as you make clear, you couldn't care less about other people.
  10. Mine's fine
  11. Yes - I didn't do the survey for the same reason.
  12. NOT a good idea to put picture of license up
  13. There are people on my road who play a booming bass during beautiful sunny days who make it impossible to enjoy the garden. KidKruger, asking doesn't help if they just don't care.
  14. Has anyone reported this to admin - he can deal with it
  15. I would find it hard to believe anything Matt Hancock says as so much has been shown to be untrue.
  16. Reminds me of the time I admired the beautiful irridescent beetles on my rosemary bush. It was dead the next day , killed by said beetles.
  17. seenbeen. I am asking in a spirit of enquiry because I had never conceived of the idea of disinfecting letter box/ gate. Do you really do this? The whole of the top of the gate? And again , I am interested - if there is virus it will be on the ground and thence on the soles of our shoes. Do you leave these outside or disinfect? Do you disinfect everything delivered or bought in a shop? I am not criticising or judging, we each do what we feel we need to. But I think one of the reasons I never embarked on any kind of disinfecting regime is I couldn't quite see where it would end, so I wondered what your take on this was.
  18. A traffic warden confirmed that to me as well
  19. From all the evidence I have read, he is not wrong. The risk of catching the virus outside is low. Most of the people who caught the virus caught it int he home, from household members. Inside, including shops carries more risks and crowded venues and public transport as well. Still no excuse for making you feel uncomfortable
  20. I'm not sure if you are serious or not. But if you are.....a tree surgeon?
  21. Hear, hear diable rouges post. It is the arrogance and lying I can't stand. And why does every new initiative have to be world beating
  22. I saw council workers watering young trees the other day.
  23. Because face covering is not much good at protecting yourself. Just stopping your germs spreading so much to other people. So if you are wearing a face mask people may well suppose that you have symptoms. Although of course if you do, you should not be out
