On some forums by now someone would have accused these of all being the same person (whether or not their IP addresses matched or they'd been for a group curry - for a multi-login professional these problems are minor).

You can report accidents online - haven't gone through the process so not sure if you can put the details required about leaving the scene. https://www.met.police.uk/report/report-a-road-traffic-incident/ I suppose you get the reference number for insurance purposes then.

At once two bears ran out of the woods and ripped to pieces 42 of the boys. "

I just went to one of my old forums which resurrected again - the C word being used liberally on the mandatory "brexit" thread. Seems to be a rep system now - with no obvious way to give bad rep but someones on -31 - maybe you need so many posts before you can do the nasty.

I suspect whilst the EU can fight back against this - we would have to lie down and take it. In other news, our broadcasting industry is now being targeted (as we lose the right to broadcast to the EU) ... by Estonia amongst others. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-03-07/estonia-brings-top-game-to-woo-broadcasters-mulling-brexit-move

Looks like a big NON http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/brexit-theresa-may-trade-plan-rejected-eu-donald-tusk-uk-relations-latest-updates-a8243721.html We have to evolve.

Guy Verhofstadt in the UK yesterday (darling of the remainers) - very polite as usual but I wonder what will be said in a few days.

I like some emotional non-logic posts - life isn't all about cold hard logic Mr Spock :) "Whereas logic is the language of the conscious mind, emotion is the language of the unconscious mind. We know that emotions are reactions to perceived and imagined stimuli, not based on logic, but on one's own personal experiences. Emotions often outweigh our logic. ... Goleman calls this skill "emotional intelligence." http://westsidetoastmasters.com/resources/laws_persuasion/chap14.html

So are Billericay on a losing streak now.

But she's rolling now - the food industry is going to be asked reduce the sizes of packaged food by 20% and this will mitigate the food shortages after Brexit as no-ones around to pick or make our food. As Marie Antoinette said "Let them eat Quinoa" (we can't eat the cake obviously as we've got to hold on to that)

Apparently Theresa May talked out of a chimney today http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/theresa-may-housing-speech-bricks-chimney_uk_5a9d2073e4b0479c0254dc6c

I've been on more argumentative forums :). In it's day gwladrugby.com could keep an argument going for weeks about the most trivial thing (the originals gone now and replaced).
-
It's masking serious emotional pain with physical pain - after a real bad day (arguments fights everything going wrong etc) - I can go some way to understanding that feeling. Imagine if every single day was like our worst days.

Weather experts - are you thinking snow in the coming week ?
JohnL replied to intexasatthe moment's topic in The Lounge
Oh yes - I've been watching https://www.accuweather.com/en/gb/peckham-rye/se15-5/weather-forecast/323476 recently. It says "snow starting in 7 minutes" "break in snow in 12 minutes" and the only time it got it right I got caught out in it as I was taking it with a pinch of salt. -

It's going to warm up (and probably rain a bit) during Saturday. Friday is set to be snowy if you believe the apps :) -

I've got to repeat Mr Major even though he's very patermalistic The welfare of the people takes precedence over the will of the people. Paternalistic as h*ll but he has a point.

Both sides are now using bad language (Nadine Dorries called John Major a traitor today). There's a tendency for the sides to copy each others language and add a bit.

Same in Rye Lane - You can see the black track the traffic has made (unlike yesterday where it remained white)

If your fed up with your name - change it for ?15 http://www.theukdeedpolloffice.co.uk/

Rye Lane is free of snow & ice now - but it took a while - and the sun helped
