What P****y word does he mean (is it like a cat). 'Trump told Pence 'you can either go down in history as a patriot, or you can go down in history as a p---y'' https://www.businessinsider.com/trump-told-pence-you-can-go-down-in-history-report-2021-1?r=US&IR=T "Rep. Tom Malinowski, Democrat of New Jersey told The Times. "He's got to understand that the man he's been working for and defending loyally is almost single-handedly responsible for creating a movement in this country that wants to hang Mike Pence.""

Worth noting if you grab a slot as soon as it comes out - and buy a few things - you can edit it later and add more stuff. I guess people game play the system.
-
I checked today and yesterday (just to see) and no slots available this week but some just opened up for 20th January (next Wednesday - guess they'll go quickly) I'm not priority.

The health.org site says "The current approach prioritises reducing mortality over reducing transmission and therefore targets vaccination at those most likely to die as a result of COVID-19." "Because age is the primary predictor of COVID-19 mortality, this means mainly targeting older people. It would be necessary to vaccinate around 32 times more 60?64 year olds than those older than 90 year old to save a life" https://www.health.org.uk/publications/long-reads/the-covid-19-vaccine-who-gets-it-first?gclid=Cj0KCQiA0fr_BRDaARIsAABw4Esrev2Zbxj9XYbet7OUWShH8QtwavfYtn40ar-WflU42bWn739T6acaAtJ-EALw_wcB I've noticed often countries stick together on choices like this - less blame likely if you make a mistake when you're doing what the crowd is doing.

Don't downplay the massive significance of what Trump did by remarks like "nonsense" - that won't make it go away - it's ramping up by the hour The Senate Republican leader (McConnell) seems to quietly support impeachment now and wants to purge Trump from the republicans. His friends say he HATES Trump for what Trump has done. "McConnell has since told others in the wake of the stimulus circus he won't talk to Trump again." "A source familiar with the relationship between the two men told CNN that McConnell is furious with Trump. The source said McConnell "hates" Trump for what he did last week following the attacks on the Capitol that left at least five people dead including a Capitol Hill police officer." "Several GOP sources said on Tuesday that if McConnell supports conviction, Trump almost certainly will be convicted by 67 senators in the impeachment trial." Pence and Trump are not on speaking terms anymore after what Trump did to Pence. https://edition.cnn.com/2021/01/12/politics/mcconnell-impeachment-trump-capitol-riot/index.html

keano77 Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Evil? > > How silly We all define our own evil But after treating Pence like a doormat throughout his presidency Trump then cast him aside and almost got him killed. Some people did die because of Trumps words. That's what a lot of the US papers are seeing in this. Here's one from the Indy Star (probably liberal lol) https://eu.indystar.com/story/opinion/columnists/james-briggs/2021/01/12/donald-trump-ego-nearly-got-mike-pence-killed-capitol-violence/6631013002/

what to do if a shop is not taking covid seriously
JohnL replied to fulfordf's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Bring back the arrows (one way aisles) and marked spacings on the floor - I don't know why we haven't already. -
This is Bidens (pre election) comments https://www.npr.org/2020/07/28/896132054/biden-details-proposal-to-advance-racial-equity-in-america?t=1610455324391 So yes I think he does plan to target small businesses in those communities with extra money, but Spiked are putting one spin on it Biden will put another. Note it's just one pillar of a plan. Note2 that Trumps reply was "I've done more for Black Americans than anybody with the possible exception of Abraham Lincoln," so that helped a lot

If the trial in the senate takes place after Trump has left office the objective will be to stop him ever holding office again

You might be able to order 20 or less with their Chop-Chop app.

Anyway you couldn't ask for a more cool headed man then Biden. I notice some are now saying he's a figurehead however.

This Washington Post columnist and many others disagree "They roamed the halls with zip ties hunting for Pence and congressional leaders. At a distance, they carried crosses. Close up, they built gallows and chanted death threats. At a distance, they carried ?thin blue line? banners. Close up, they savagely beat police officers who resisted them." "This is the sad reality of our beleaguered democracy: If the United States does not punish sedition, we will see more of it." https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/the-us-must-punish-sedition--or-risk-more-of-it/2021/01/11/97907746-5438-11eb-a931-5b162d0d033d_story.html I see possible military tribunals especially for the ex-military among them who can apparently be recalled at any time and face military sanctions. Someone murdered that officer and people acting in concert act together.

I don't know if the no fly list is real but a lot of videos going around showing people being removed from planes or arrested at airports - but might be for other reasons. https://www.forbes.com/sites/suzannerowankelleher/2021/01/10/heres-how-to-keep-the-capitol-rioters-from-flying-back-to-dc-say-flight-attendants/?sh=40852f257eb5 The Parler list is real and huge is sure to end up with the authorities though.
-
Oh dear - after Parler lost it's associates including those that were part of authenticated it's users, it's entire database has been exposed including deleted posts. At the same time a huge No Fly list has been created by the FBI of anybody who attended the Capitol sedition. https://cybernews.com/news/70tb-of-parler-users-messages-videos-and-posts-leaked-by-security-researchers/ https://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/gadgets-and-tech/parler-capitol-hill-personal-data-b1785343.html

Anyway CNN headline for this morning is "Trumps last days"
-
Allegedly they set up a gallows outside for Pence and Pelosi and were looking for them to hang. A lot coming out now that was much worse than originally reported. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/hang-mike-pence-chant-capitol-riot/
-
A lot of Trumps mates being outed as Air force types and seen to be carrying zip tie handcuffs. They obviously weren't up to it though as they seemed to end up tasering themselves by accident.

Pelosi has rung the Pentagon apparently to try to stop Trump using the nuclear codes.

The registered address of The Epoch Times isn't far from here - SE23

I left CNN on this afternoon and all I've heard is prosecute him, remove him. Only 12 days left though. Can they try him after he's left - sort of erase him from history :)

Americans make great IPA these days (I think the trend is New England IPA). For am originally Lager country they suddenly took to IPA for some reason (not sure if it's Trump related)

America had a written constitution to fall back on when trouble came (and even then it could have gone badly if the Senate had voted with the crazies). I'm not sure what would happen if a government in the UK decided it wasn't leaving ever.
