Unfortunately with the Newspaper industry currently in a seemingly terminal nosedive directly linked to reduced income, the only recourse left to the qualities is to appeal to a broader readershit(heh, typo?)in the hope of riding out the storm. I indulge in an Observer on a Sunday if its got that Food supplement thingy & usually hide a copy of Razzle deep within its pages.
Ha the 'bitter' end. Very good. I would feel bad but on any given weekend in the last 15 years that has been me...and yes, its always a tragic sight. I'm crying on the inside.
...and to think 40 years ago humankind spat a man on to the moon. Civilisation is officialy running backwards.
though and at least the tenacity of the human spirit is in evidence.
Nice one Spurs, that was a hard fought victory today. Shame to see Sparky go but I guess the sh$iks want to seen an immediate return on their investment and that means CL.
Ahh, Kona. My dream was to own a customised Joe Murray Explosif when I was 15, one with a wonderful Jackson Pollock style paint job(very 80s and very expensive at a grand)and full XT groupset...alas I had to make do with a Saracen Tufftrax instead. I've been riding a BeOne for the last couple of years and have been thorouglly impressed with it. It also a good idea to buy from last seasons stock which enables you to pick up an excellent bike with top spec equipment at up to 50% off(no, I dont work for them) and if you couple this with a Cycle Scheme as I did then you can pick up a very good bike at a fraction of the cost.
Not sure this holds water, how many teams field 10 changes from the previous game in The Prem? The League Cup I can understand but to field a reserve side in the Premier League sets a worrying precedent especially as the purse strings of all but a handful of top sides are being drawn ever tighter and avoiding relegation rather than competing become an increasing priority. To give McCarthy his due hes at least been forthright in his defence of last nights team selection. ...and yes I am a bitter Spud.
Finally got around to watching the Hollywood remake of State of Play last night and what should pop up in the background whilst Russell Crowes character was pootling about in the kitchen but 'B-Movie', frankly I didnt think it was that bad.
Never truly recieved the credit he deserves really. The original Proto-rapper. New Album out next year, his first in 15 years which might explain why hes disapeared off everyones collective radar.
Yum, the colonel was very hot. I always thought the high heels a little impractical, bit awkward when using the crutch...sorry, clutch. http://www.buck-rogers.com/film_and_series/gallery/images/wilma/wilma12.jpg
Pan Full of sizzling oil, a little garlic, some fennel and mustard seeds, salt & pepper, a quick 2 minute stir fry a squeeze of lemon juice and Fannys yer aunt. Just make sure you dont overcrowd the pan or they will stew.
I concur, but I guess my point was that if you were looking at it from one of those ubiquitous 'Greatest comedy moment ever' countdown shows that permeate the TV schedule(or at least used to), you know the one where Del falling through the bar is always judged to be the zenith of comic performances. Well, as a stand alone moment its right up there...like.
Thats a stand-alone bone fide comic masterclass and one of the most memorable scenes from any sitcom ever. A pitch perfect lesson in how to stage a peerless swearfest. 'Carwash C**t' anyone?
