What's the criteria ( out of interest ) . You might be better off asking the appropriate ward councillor directly. They might not see your question otherwise.

Cllr Barber Is this property/issue a part of your ward as I am unsure if the ward boundary which apparently runs along Crystal Palace Rd separates East Dulwich Ward and Peckham Rye Ward puts responsibility to you or your neighbouring councillors? Also in who's ward is the Dulwich Sports Centre in? Please would you clarify -

The reason I ask is that I have very recently agreed a new one year contract for 50Mb/s BB only for ?22.25 Per Month for six months then ?25.25 for the remainder of the contract period. Just wondering how that compares to yourself and others?

Greenwich Auction Rooms very bad service

'When I complained about lost items and not agreeing to the prices, I was sent a nasty "without predjudice" letter saying I had agreed their terms and should have discussed prices. I had tried to but the person was always "doing valuations and would call back" .... I wasn't given any estimates to discuss, only a short phone call before they shut one friday to say they were selling some items saturday morning'. You mention lost items. Was a full inventory taken that you received a copy of, especially of the more noteworthy pieces and what prices that were agreed to were not kept to? PM me if you wish -

I have been given three numbers to contact Virgin Media customer services recently. 01506804297 or 08000521920 or 150 I have yet to find one that is free from a mobile, (even a virgin mobile) Does anyone have a Freephone number?

Thanks for your reply. The outage rate per day I have recently been offered is 0.89p for a 12 hour period between 22.00 to 10.00 I remember though quite recently the day outage rate was ?5. I specifically recall this because I was told by a supervisor level member of staff that a junior would be scolded for offering me ?8 per day outage discount. It may be that the rate differs according to your package although clearly the inconvenience is the same if you have no or an unacceptable level of service
