Hello Dougal, Welcome to England, My mother was a decendant of the Duncan family from Dundee, and my great Grandfather was a Highlander. Thing is, it's not a case of just moaning, the guy Nigel is very obnoxious, and would do well to enrol on a customer service course. If I spoke to any of my customers in the way that he does, I would be out of a job. There must be a problem because he has brought about such discontent within the community. I personally would never divulge in any abuse unles provoked, he uses the protection of his perspex glass and cctv as a sheild. because without them I and most other people would have given him a left hook by now.
