Very poor workmanship - appalling, in fact. I'd be ashamed if I'd done that in a DIY sense, so for a professional to have presented that to you as a finished piece of work... well. The mind boggles.

I'd like to remove the spotlights in my kitchen ceiling. Trouble is, I'm not sure how to go about filling the holes they'll leave behind. Has anyone had this done? And if so, could you recommend the company that did it?

Just got back from EDT. Great boozer, but the new table layout in the left-hand bar is a total shambles. You can't move, let alone sit down. Stick the sofas back in this room and shift the tables back where they belong in the right-hand room please!

Not sure we should start putting the boot in. They may well have had every intention of staying and putting down roots, but then the market went nuts, their investment doubled in the blink of an eye... and they decided to cash in. Who wouldn't be tempted?
