I've had my Egg card cloned in the last few days... don't know if it was from using it in Dulwich but the last place I used it before the thief started using it was Kwik Fit on Grove Vale. Luckily Egg spotted the problem and stopped it with only ?80 being spent on it before they called me.

Not that I am bothered, but this thread can't really tick any more boxes for the "General ED issues/gossip" criteria!!!

To be honest, I don't think these "gangs" are of school age. They appear to be older and it's not just been happening now the schools are off, just I think I'm noticing it more waht with spending time in the garden/having windows open, it has been occuring for a while. I'm not too old or ignorant to say it wasn't like that in my day. Of course it was, we did hang around on the street corners. What we didn't do though was kick footballs at locals cars, have dangerous dogs on metal leads, abuse each other to the stage fights nearly broke out, wind up said dogs so they were going mental, drop all sorts of litter all over the street with no care. This lot aren't a group of teens being tarred with the same brush as the bad ones, these are the bad one. I think I'll pass on the advice to go and speak to them. I guess it's another call to the police/neighbour hood crime team.

Not sure if it is the same people... all the gang were black, with the exception of one white girl on Saturday. I think one of them drives a peugeot with blacked out windows. I've actually seen it parked on Dunstans/Goodrich Rd so he may even be a local. It's becoming more often that they are outside causing bother. My neighbour phoned the police, but until they cause damage etc... what can they do??

Anybody have issues with these lot?? They've been hanging around a lot recently, late into the night... leavnig a shed load of rubbish, getting their estate dog all wound up and barking aggressively, showing the dog to local cats etc, swearing, spitting and general loutishness. Anything that can be done??? Too intimidating to talk to face to face.

I'm 29 years old, could probably handle myself in most situations but find myself more and more intimidated walking around ED/Peckham after dusk.

Whats the problem with modern technology??? If someone hasn't taxed their car, they are breaking the law. Pure and simple.

We bought in October 07. Probably the worst time to buy. Ignored a few things on the survey which in hindsight we should have raised with the vendor back then... god knows how much has come off our value. Not worth thinking about!! Plus, we've now just spotted some penetrating damp in the bedroom. Not happy.

Our neighbours flat (Goodrich Rd) has been on the market for months. Was with Bushell's, now Foxtons. No idea if they have had any interested viewers... but it has been on for fooking ages now.

I agree with Brendan... the bus is so blooming uncomfy... but at half the price for a month than a travel card, I put up with it. I've spotted one of the routes, around Camberwell, maybe the 148 or the 248 that has leather comfy seats with head rests!! Hope that gets rolled out to the 40 as well some time.

Saw that too... tried to drive away from Goodrich road and had to get a police car moved for us!! Any ideas yet as to what was going on?
